I’ve been here twice (LCD Soundsystem. And Franz Ferdinand.) Both shows were great. I was in the balcony VIP for one and floor standing area for the other. Sound is good. Venue is clean. Ticket check / security process was organized and quick. Spacious venue with a lot of bars and food areas. Had a great time.

Nice medium sized venue for concerts. While it may not be my favorite there’s no reason this place doesn’t deserve 5 stars. It’s in a great location where I’ve always felt safe. Can’t wait to be back for another show!

I have been to the Fillmore twice - once in 2023 to see childhood faves, Aly & Aj, and last week to see Finneas. The first visit was fantastic as an appropriate amount of tickets were sold in both GA and seated areas. It was so enjoyable that I thought seeing Finneas there would be similar. Instead, the event was oversold and I missed the majority of the show visually from my GA spot. The balcony was practically empty and seats were open behind the floor, yet the staff was not open to ticket upgrades. I was willing to purchase VIP to avoid being jostled around like so many of us were in the sardine-esque section. I was lucky to get a GA ticket last minute, but I know for next time, if an artist is this popular, a seat is necessary to completely enjoy the show.

Lovely venue. It was very clean, well decorated, the sound quality was great, and there were plenty of bars and staff so the lines were never long. The top was guarded and you had to have a wristband to get up there which I appreciated. The staff was mostly nice with one exception. As per literally every show I’ve ever been to, I stood up when the headliner came on. That’s what people do. Two songs later and a staff member came and told me I wasn’t allowed to stand in the balcony even though there were other people (with seats) standing all over the balcony. Front rows included. There’s nothing on the website that says you can’t stand in the balcony. No signs that say you can’t. It was super off putting and took away from the good vibes of the show. I probably should have just ignored him, but didn’t want to get kicked out or anything.
