The Learning Experience - Fort Worth Summer Creek

The staff is incredibly attentive, patient, and truly invested in each child’s well-being and development. My son absolutely loves going here, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing he’s in a safe, nurturing environment where he’s learning, socializing, and having fun every day. The facility is beautifully maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for the children. The staff at TLE are truly exceptional—friendly, caring, and incredibly loving. They go above and beyond to ensure that each child feels valued and supported. I’ve seen my daughter thrive in their nurturing environment, and I attribute her growing intelligence and curiosity to the wonderful programs offered at TLE. My wife and I enrolled our 12 month old in daycare for the first time this past July. Our oldest never went to Daycare so this was a new experience for us and needless to say we were very nervous about the whole experience. From Day 1, TLE went out of their way to make us feel comfortable from sending numerous photos throughout the day to always keeping in constant communication and being easily available by phone call or even text. The facility is always so clean and safe and all of the staff is so friendly. Our little one has fully embraced the Daycare and the wonderful teachers and administrators they have and so have we. Could not be happier with our decision to go with TLE.

Extremely Unprofessional and Disorganized!!! I recently attempted to enroll my daughter at this daycare and had a scheduled appointment. When I arrived, it took the staff member over 5 minutes to come to the door, and she seemed completely unaware of my appointment. Upon entering, the front office was cluttered with unpacked boxes scattered across the floor, making the space feel chaotic and unwelcoming. The staff member informed me that management was in a meeting and that I would need to come back later. When I asked about pricing and enrollment details, she was unable to provide any information and simply stood there without offering assistance. After waiting for over 15 minutes with no resolution, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and disorganized. I would strongly advise parents to visit this daycare unannounced to see the lack of preparedness and professionalism for themselves. Needless to say, I will not be enrolling my child here.

We enrolled our second child here in October of 2023 because I was taking a job in the area and wanted him close. He was about 6 months old at the time and when we took the tour we were impressed by the cleanliness, outdoor area, and the curriculum. Even though he was small, it was clear that TLE was intentional about what they were doing all day ever day with children and we were happy to see that translated across all ages. We also were excited about the app to keep us connected and aware of everything we needed to know about our little one and appreciated the safety cameras, although we couldn’t access them remotely (most places don’t) it still gave us peace of mind. Once we started our child there, we were a little thrown off because the director changed unbeknownst to us, but the new director Audrienne was AMAZING. The infant teachers are no longer there that cared for my son, but they were all so kind and caring not only for my son but all the little ones in the room. Once he moved to the toddler room, they took just as good of care of him and I loved seeing pictures of what they were up to every day. He loved going outside on their playground and painting, reading, playing and learning in the classroom. Not only was my son taken care of, but I felt like a valued part of the center’s community. I was greeted warmly each day, usually by Ms. Audrienne or Ms. Diamond. Each of them took time to chat with me and show they cared, that made me feel safe anytime we had to discuss concerns or requests. I knew I’d be heard and honored. Not only that but they always followed through with anything we discussed. Finally, I’ll say even teachers and staff who I didn’t know by name always greeted me with a smile and would make me feel like my son was a celebrity, calling him by name, being affectionate with him and making us both feel special. Even though my little one was only there for a little over a year, it was the best first daycare experience I could’ve imagined for my sweet guy and he grew and learned so much while he was there. When we left, even though it was for the best (the daycare my older child went to had an opening and it was closer to home), I was sad to leave because TLE summer creek had become a home away from home. A place I could trust would care for and love on and compassionately teach one of my favorite people in the world. I highly recommend that you consider this center for your child if you’re looking for a professional, kind, and enriching place for your child to be cared for while you work or take care of life’s needs.
