Lackluster. The hands-on activities for kids are much like things you can do at a county library for free. Fun, but not worth paying for. Our favorite part was an area where we could draw and color but we were told to move on after just a few minutes because a loud field trip group was coming in. It's disappointing that they can't seem to accommodate all patrons. There was a lot of empty space but not in a good way and the exhibits were kind of disappointing. There was a room for building Legos but it wasn't anything special. We had high hopes for the flight exhibit. It was okay. The place felt a little rundown, though clean. And the restrooms were clean. At least it's cheaper than the Museum of Natural Curiosity in Lehi, but it's not worth $16 for adults and $10 for kids. It seems like this museum hasn't had anything going for it since the Body World exhibit forever ago. There are much more interesting places to visit in Salt Lake City.

Fun interactive museum for families. My 10, 15 and even 17 year old enjoyed our visit here. Favorite exhibits were the flight simulator and art room. Our visit lasted about 2 hours. Not as big as a museum as others nearby (Discovery Gateway, Natural History Museum of Utah, Curiosity of Museum etc). Curious how often they change up the exhibits. Visited on a weekday afternoon and it wasn’t busy. Finding parking was a bit tricky (as it often can be downtown) but we ended up parking in the underground parking by the nearby library.

The Leonardo, located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, seamlessly blends exhibits of technological marvels with art within its spacious walls and several floors. Also, a unique bookstore is attached to the space. I especially liked the MiG exhibit and the 1960s living room with a black and white television watching an Apollo landing as timepieces of the Cold War and Space Race years. My daughter enjoyed the modern and abstract art exhibits. We went on a weekend afternoon, and parking was not an issue. The staff were friendly and helpful at the check-in area, and the museum was uncrowded. Anyone interested in technology and art, or one of the two, or desire to stimulate children’s minds with an enriching and fun outing, would find this gem of a museum worth their time. Leonardo would be pleased.

We love art museums and museums in general. This was different, science and technology, kids friendly, interactive, with simple explanations and videos that help to understand physics and mechanics. We went for school homework, but we enjoyed it a lot. We expected to see some art but the area was closed, that's why I don't give 5 starts. The new area of AI is amazing for those that technology is not their strong skill. Personnel very friendly

The plane was cool, but the rest of the museum didn’t have much to offer. Mostly just children’s activities. I had finished seeing everything in less than 30 minutes. Hands down the most boring museum I’ve been to.
