8 months agoWe have been coming here just a couple months and LOVE it. We were simultaneously in another toddler gymnastics class and felt such a stark difference in the coaches, the activities, and the culture that we couldn't continue with the other one. Like most young toddlers, our child is very active, very confident, and learns through exploration and variety. She's definitely not the child clinging to their parent (although if your child is more shy, it's still a great experience for them) This class allows her to balance between free exploration of the gymnastics stations and age appropriate structure. In her other gymnastics class, we felt stressed the entire time because her developmental stage was not supported as expected for a class supposedly designed for her age group and we felt judged if our child didn't want to practice something or couldn't stand still in line. At the Little Gym, however, even if she sometimes chooses not to participate in a skill because she's too excited by all the cool things in the room, she's free to do so. She'll practice other skills and at no point do we ever feel that the coach will be rude or annoyed with a toddler being a toddler. They are very supportive, experienced, and patient and in just a couple months of weekly classes, our 22 month old daughter has learned so much. She's confident on the balance beam, she's improving on the bars, she is learning the concept of having a structure in a class setting as they also break up the class with other toddler centered activities like balls, bubbles, and singing. They introduce skills necessary for gymnastics through such fun ways....I mean a bouncey mat for them to jump on? Love it. Everything is geared for sensory and spatial development. All the coaches are friendly and patient. Our daughter especially responds well to Coach Parker. Rescheduling is very flexible. I also like that they have occasional member benefits like an extra free session or activity, hopefully there'll be more of those! We also love that that both my husband and I can be with her in the class. Sooooo glad we found this place.

2 months agoMy daughter used to go to the (wonderful) Little Gym in Cary, NC, so when we moved here, I was excited to see the Ardmore location open up. This Little Gym is just as wonderful as the one we left. I love the programs, as well as the staff.

8 months agoWe could not be happier that a Little Gym opened in Ardmore. We’ve been members for a few months now - my daughter is in the Beasts class and absolutely loves it. It’s been great for growing her confidence and interacting with other littles her age. She gets so excited to go every week and see Mr Parker, who is absolutely wonderful with how he teaches and engages with the children. The gym is brightly decorated, clean, and loads of fun!

a year agoOur 1 year old son gets so excited to attend his little gym class every week! His instructor Parker is fantastic and keeps the children engaged for the entire class. We particularly enjoy learning how we can do some of the skills at home as well. The owners and staff are very welcoming and friendly. We absolutely love the Little Gym in Ardmore!
