• • Each play session is 90 minutes long.
• • 10 children allowed at a time in age-designated areas to prevent overcrowding.
• • Thorough sanitization, cleaning, and resetting of play areas between each play session and party.

• • Camp counselor to camper ratio: 1:6 in most cases (state law 1:20 or 1:25 depending on age).

📅Booking Policy

• • Reservations are preferred due to limited walk-in availability.
• • For parties, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
• • All payments for parties are non-refundable.
• • All party participants must sign The Play Pad Waiver (link: https://playpadatl.com/waiver/).
• • For parties, 30 minutes are allotted for decoration set-up prior to the party. Additional set-up time may be purchased if available.
• • Decorations left prior to the party must be movable and stored in a temporary area unless authorized.
• • No fixtures or items are allowed to be placed on custom painted walls.
• • Guests are responsible for removing all decorations, trash, food, spills, and items brought into the facility by the end of the party. Items left for 24 hours will be discarded. A $100 clean-up fee will be charged if the property is left in poor condition or staff are asked to clean.
