This place (The Rush) has literally been my kids favorite place to come to for a couple years now. There is an arcade. They have a rock wall and tons of other things to do. If ur child is under 5 they have an area for that as well. Today Tatum assisted us and she made the process easy and seamless! It is definitely staff like herself that influences me to continue bringing my child. She was helpful, Considerate, professional and friendly. Amazing job Haley!!! Keep up the great work!!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

My family and I came here on a Sunday around 1pm and it wasn't packed at all. The kids were really excited to jump and run around. I got the tickets through Groupon but The Rush Park charges you about $2 fee per ticket purchased through Groupon and about $5 for a pair of socks just FYI. I also had to purchase a Parent ticket for $18 just to go into the toddler area and keep an eye on my son. The place looked great but unfortunately once you're in the park you get to see all the wear and tear of the structure. My kids and I got cuts and scrapes. They really need to update the place but I guess that why they make you sign a waiver before you come in. If they actually cared for the kids that come and play here they would get everything fixed. We were looking forward to purchasing the monthly membership but unfortunately due to the neglect of the park we won't. The staff is really great that is the upside of this place.

"I hope you read that waiver!" I want to start by saying that the staff was awesome, and this is in no way a blast against them. That being said, I need to give parents a heads up. This visit started off good, until I followed my son around and noticed a TON of safety issues, and I'll include the images. To list some of them, there were exposed bars where children would land from the tramps, a literal pvc pipe sticking out of the pad, springs exposed that their little feet can get stuck on potentially twisting their ankle, and even access to the electrical box near the soccer court. Again, take a look at the photos, and my full size foot got snagged in one spot so I can't imagine my little one's foot getting jammed in there. On the climbing cylinder, there are literally straps hanging broken, and a lot of these damages have clearly been broken for quite some time. If they break under your kids foot, it's easily a dislocated shoulder at minimum. I'm no stranger to jump parks, we've toured a ton of them, and this one,... let's just say we had to walk out.

More like Rush to the Hospital. Prices are average for an indoor playground, but also literally the WORSE INDOOR PLAYGROUND in terms of safety. I noted multiple jagged edges, broken zip ties, there's a net pit that's 10 feet in height where the last 3 feet there is no netting or ropes to catch you the rest of the fall. These are one, of many problems, with this facility. Literally, every single area had an issue where maintenance was sorely needed. I am a 28 year old male and not only watch my kiddos when out, but also I play with them in the playground. I saw everything. Was horrified even as a man. From the lower age areas to the trampoline mats coming off the springs exposing holes and other sharp metal objects. This place, is not only an embarrassment but also baffles me how it's not closed down. Whoever manages and owns this place should be ashamed to allow this playground to be so run down. You have no concern for the safety and welfare of the countless babies and children who come and pay to play. Tsk tsk. My advice as a parent, Luv 2 Play has been always a better experience.

Great place to take your kids! There’s a lot of fun things for them to do that really works out all the excess energy. It is also a good place to take your kids with special needs as the exits are limited and the staff are very understanding and friendly. By far the best thing about this place is the staff. They’re really friendly, upbeat, and patient. You can tell they like working there and are a tight crowd.
