Expert Summary
Detailed Insights
The Rush Fun Park offers a range of indoor play activities suitable for various age groups, with an attractive 3-hour play package and a value-for-money membership option for frequent visitors. However, parent experiences are highly inconsistent, with some praising staff and cleanliness while others report severe safety hazards and unsanitary conditions, particularly concerning for a children's venue.

💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →**Thoroughly inspect all play areas, especially the toddler zone, for safety hazards (exposed nails, loose wires/bolts, sharp objects) and general cleanliness immediately upon arrival, as conditions are highly disputed.**
- →**Inquire about the current number of operational attractions before purchasing tickets** to manage expectations regarding available activities.
- →Consider purchasing a membership if you plan on visiting more than twice or using multiple locations, as it offers significant cost savings.
- →**If booking a birthday party, explicitly confirm the party room size, AC functionality, detailed setup/cleanup assistance, and all included supplies (e.g., plates, forks) *in writing* before booking.**
- →For birthday parties, request waivers to be sent by email in advance to maximize the limited setup time upon arrival.
- →Be prepared for potentially differing experiences regarding cleanliness and staff attentiveness based on conflicting reviews.
Things to Consider
- ⚠**Severe safety hazards reported:** Includes exposed nails in the toddler zone, loose wires within children's reach on play structures (electrical and entanglement danger), loose bolts on large slides, and sharp metal objects found on the floor.
- ⚠**Significant cleanliness issues:** Described as 'disgustingly unclean,' 'filthy,' with 'dust and grime everywhere' by one reviewer, contrasting sharply with other positive cleanliness reports.
- ⚠**Numerous inoperable attractions:** 8 attractions were marked as 'out of order' or had caution tape, severely limiting activity options and creating a misleading experience compared to website promotions.
- ⚠**Poor birthday party experience:** Issues include very small party rooms with undisclosed sizes, no AC in party rooms leading to guests sweating, no assistance with setup or cleanup, limited setup time, and insufficient basic supplies (e.g., plates, forks) requiring parents to hunt them down.
- ⚠General reports of 'a few things are broken,' though specific items beyond the 8 inoperable attractions are not detailed.
Price & Value
Regular admission costs approximately $31 for socks and 3 hours of play, which many reviewers consider 'worth every penny' for the time and activity variety. A membership offers excellent value, reportedly 'paying for itself in 2 visits' for all-day access across all locations. However, party packages are perceived as expensive, with guests expecting more service and better room conditions for the cost.
♿Accessibility & Special Needs
- •No specific accessibility accommodations (e.g., for wheelchairs, sensory-friendly hours) were mentioned in the reviews.
🍎Food & Drink Policy
- •An on-site 'snack bar' is available and described as 'pretty decent,' with tables for eating.
- •Pizza was delivered for a birthday party. No explicit policy on bringing outside food for general admission was mentioned.
🚗Parking Info
- •No details regarding parking availability or cost were provided in the reviews.
👥Crowd Levels
- •One reviewer mentioned 'no wait,' suggesting it can be uncrowded at certain times.
- •Another review acknowledged 'the amount of kids that come in and out of there,' implying it can get busy, but specific peak times (e.g., weekends, holidays) were not detailed.
🛡️Safety Features
- •**No positive safety features were explicitly mentioned.** Instead, reviews highlighted severe safety deficiencies including exposed nails in the toddler zone, loose wires on play structures, loose bolts on slides, and sharp metal objects on the floor. There is no mention of staff monitoring, entry/exit tracking, or first aid stations.
⏰When to Avoid
- • If safety and hygiene are paramount concerns and you cannot personally verify current conditions for improvement. (Based on severe safety and cleanliness reports)
- • For birthday parties where you require significant staff assistance with setup/cleanup, a larger room, or reliable air conditioning. (Based on negative party reviews)
- • If you expect all attractions advertised on the website to be fully operational and available. (Due to reports of 8 inoperable attractions)
- • If you are unwilling to take on the risk of finding exposed hazards in play areas.

3 months agoI’m extremely disappointed with the conditions at Rush Fun Park. The facility is dangerously unsafe and disgustingly unclean, and I would not recommend this place to anyone until serious improvements are made. Here are just a few of the alarming issues I observed during my visit: 1. Exposed nails in the toddler zone, creating a serious hazard for young children. 2. Loose wires hanging within reach of kids on some play structures—an electrical and entanglement danger. 3. Loose bolts on several of the larger slides, making them feel unstable and unsafe to use. 4. Sharp metal objects on the floor that could easily cause injuries. 5. Inoperable attractions—8 of them were marked as “out of order,” or had caution tape, limiting what kids can actually experience and also misleading from the website. 6. Filthy conditions—the entire place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Dust and grime were everywhere, which is especially concerning for a space meant for children. As a parent, I’m appalled by the lack of care for both safety and hygiene. This place is supposed to be a fun environment for kids, but it feels like a hazard waiting to happen. If management doesn’t take these issues seriously and make immediate changes, it’s only a matter of time before someone gets hurt. I strongly advise others to look for alternative places that prioritize safety and cleanliness.

10 months agoNot too bad for $31 got socks and 3 hours of play time. They have designated areas for younger/older children. There are actual places for parents to sit so you aren’t forced to pay for a massage chair or stand around. Stack bar looks pretty decent and there are tables to sit and eat. Yes a few things are broken but I don’t know for how long as this is our first time here. If there still broken a month from now that’s a different story!

6 months agoGreat place to bring your kids! Family friendly and clean. No wait, employees have great customer service with a smile! Lots of activities to keep you and your kids busy! For the price & 3 HOURS it is worth every penny! Not to mention the membership pays for itself in 2 visits all day play, for all locations you can’t beat it!

7 months agoWe had a great time here today! Brought my 7, 5 and 2 yr old and they all had a blast. The manager, Connie, took care of us from the moment we walked in and all the employees were so welcoming! In terms of cleanliness, I think they do a great job considering the amount of kids that come in and out of there. There was so much to do, we never grew bored. We’ll definitely be back!

a month agoWas expecting much more considering the cost of throwing a party here. Thankfully the kids had fun in the play area but there was no help with the set up or clean up. The room was very small, wish they disclosed the size before hand, not a fan of the time to set up, should’ve sent waivers by email since we’re limited time for set up anyways. Lastly, NO AC! My guests were sweating just watching their kids play, the room was chilled but too small to hold everyone. Then the audacity to ask for a tip after all they did was deliver pizza and not enough plates/forks for cake and had to hunt them down. Wouldn’t throw a party here again, better luck at Chuck E. Cheese or Peter’s.
