7 months agoAwesome experience with the family! Totally worth the $ for the unlimited riding! There’s something for everybody and fun for the whole family, even the adults! My family and I spent the day here, riding go karts all day! One of my kids really loved the go karts and kept riding those; one loved the trampolines and kept going back on that; the other loved everything and wanted to keep cycling around. I definitely recommend going here- it’s especially great if you’re there earlier in the day when it’s not busy. They occasionally have to shut down the tracks to refuel the karts, but they only did that once while we were there. Only negative is you have to pay more to do the super fast karts, which I would have liked to try. Definitely we’ll be back for more fun!

7 months agoWhat a great time! It was the first visit for my son and I to the park. It was easy enough to get to. As easy as anything in that congested area. We got there just a little after opening on a Sunday. The person at check in was very nice. Wasn't over crowded at all, even when the parties started coming in. The workers throughout the park were nice enough and handled all the kids well. I loved that they let the smallest of kids take laps by themselves so as not to get flattened by the older kids. I think next time though I'll ask if I can "race" with them just to give them a little "competition". I never knew my son would take to it like that. He's 12, and the cars had just enough speed to make you feel like you were really racing and not enough to throw you out on the side of the track. I had a blast when I could keep up with him. Poor go-kart didn't have quite as much pep dragging my big ole butt around the track! It was plenty though. Concessions were pleasantly priced. You didn't feel like they were trying to pay their next months gas bill with one drink. If I had one thing that wasn't quite up to what I expected, it was the restrooms. (And by restrooms, I mean two Porta Johns.) the conditions inside kind of surprised me since we were there so early. I would say they were for emergency use only. You do have a monstrous mall beside the park with plenty of facilities inside. Otherwise, the unlimited package was more than worth it. Next time, we're going to try to play some putt putt too. It looked very well taken care of and fun. Certainly a worthwhile drive for us. Can't wait to get back down!

a week agoThe low rating is based on management on site of my visit last week. They have zero conflict resolution skills, customer service skills or the ability admit/correct when operating in error in accordance to what's posted. First the young lady checking my family in had my wife & I confused on what my youngest could ride with an all day pass. She had to repeat herself 3 times still leaving us confused. Never specifying what tracks were available or not available to ride. Upon attempting to get my son on the Jr. race track he was denied because he did not have the proper wrist band to get on. Leaving me even more confused because the children present were similar in height Thankfully, I found a posted sign at one of the tracks explaining requirements for each track & height measurement to check height. The sign stated "minimum 3yrs old & 36 inch height" with the "maximum height of 48 inches" to ride the Jr. race track. I took his measurements on the posted sign & clearly did not exceed it but was close. The sign also cleared up any confusion on what tracks he could get on since the employee could not articulate without confusing herself. With this information I took it to the front manager thinking they made a honest mistake & look into verifying measurements. Well that was hopeful thinking. The female manager shut me down after sharing about the sign in the park. She acknowledged she was not aware of the sign or cared to verify it's existence. Basically, going with what the young lady determined at check in without offering to recheck height. Then proceeded to say she was trained that anyone 48 inch & above automatically are not fit to ride Jr race track. I then explained the sign states 48 inch & below meets the requirement. That went no where or offered anything but doubled down on her position with lack of concern in front of her 3 young employees. I'm sure they saw my point & agreed based on body language. I then asked for another manager which she sent me to a manager running a track. I got the same response from him. He was not aware of the sign either & repeated 48 & above is what he was taught. He agreed with the logic of maximum height as the sign stated but refused to correct anything & doubled down whatever they determined upfront was final & no recheck of height or sign verification. He would notify corporate about the sign for removal according to him. As retired military what is written is doctrine & policy. That's the driving force for most of not all businesses. Not some word of mouth that's just the way we do it. Technically, as we did in the military if you want proper height you do it without shoes. My son wore basketball shoes & still was not over 48 inches. So he would of been closer to 47 or under it. The management are clearly lacking attributes in training & customer service support. A very poor handling of this matter by 2 managers is very disappointing. Suggest they post that sign at the ticket stand so people would understand height requirements at each track & determine what tracks they can get on before purchasing tickets. Using painted markings that a 5yr old did on metal posts that are movable & are on unleveled ground definitely not the most professional way then allow a teenage employee make a subjective call. If I had a measuring tape to verify those markings I'm sure there would be some inaccuracies. Be very aware if you have an issue at this park that the management on ground are not equipped or have the character to make things right. This use to be our first option GoKarting in town. We are typically there with other families as we were this last time. I'm open to speaking with someone from corporate if they desire as well.

a week agoThis is by far the most boring go kart ride place we have ever been. $120.00 for 3 wristbands and we were ready to leave less then an hour after arriving. We went on Sunday April 27th we got there before 12 it was pretty empty so no waiting the employees would clean the carts after each ride then as things got busier they did not the ad says there are 4 go cart rides but we were only allowed to ride two the trampoline jump was pretty much a joke you couldn't do much jumping the jumping inside the mall was better had to use the bathroom while there and all they had was port a johns i opened the first ones door a cracked and you could tell they were not being cleaned there was still toilet paper on the seat someone had use to sit on i closed the door asap and went in the mall for a cleaner bathroom i guess that's why they let you leave and come back to lazy to keep theirs clean for customers the pro track ride was rode a couple of times and some young adults would get on the ride and get through the first corner and start ramming each other which meant they would stop the ride and then those very same people would get right back in line and they would let them ride again and do the same thing why even make them get out of the carts if they are going to just walk right back through we finally gave up and called it a loss and went home definitely do not recommend would give minus stars if possible
