a year agoGreat place for kids to learn about history and get some hands on experience (like using a wash board to clean clothes). Kids loved seeing the animals and exploring the garden. We went with a field trip, so all these experiences are not included in the free access on Saturdays.

a year agoLove this place. Went on may 12th with my daughters school and they all loved it and had fun. The orchids are amazing. The people are super nice, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel very welcomed. This is a must for family outings or when looking for something fun to do either as a group or alone. Definitely go you won’t regret it. 10/10👍🏽

a year agoThis place is truly a hidden gem. So much history hiding in the middle of national city. They have wonderful craft shows, parties, weddings and yearly school field trips. Its really remarkable how its all run by vollunters. Happy animals, fruits, veggies and a historical farm house you can visit/tour and/or come volunteer your self!
