The Warrior Factory Rochester

Me and my daughter attended the inclusive Sensory Friendly Open Play. We had a great time! She was free to play, try obstacles with no pressure. I was able to be with her and cheer her on. All the staff was very kind and helpful. She also met a lot of friends.

Came here for the first time for my daughter’s 7th birthday. The Warrior Factory did not disappoint!!!! They called earlier in the week to confirm the appointment- which I haven’t experienced from other kid party places in the area. The expectations for the party were very clear and everything was so organized. The check in process with Nicole was seamless. Our dedicated Coach for the party was instrumental to a pleasant afternoon. The party room was spacious and well stocked with the pizzas and water. Bathroom was very clean. We got the VIP package for the party and truly got the VIP treatment. Will definitely come back for fun!

We had my daughter’s 6th Birthday party here. They were so helpful from set up till the end. The staff helped by greeting guests, carrying gifts in and overall were so professional and kind. The staff during the play were encouraging to the kids on different obstacles. Everything was taken care of and I really appreciated that!

I can't say enough good things about our experience having my daughters birthday party here. The staff was super responsive, helpful AND pleasant to communicate with. The facility is clean and the kids had an absolute blast. Highly recommend. :)

I couldn't recommend birthday parties at Warrior factory enough. We literally got a 5 star experience. We did the VIP package and VIP we were. The two young men working that day were so kind, polite and respectful and our party helper couldn't have been more helpful. Everything was seamless. They called at the beginning of the week to confirm information about the event and guest list. They had extra shoes for kids in my party who needed them. The party room was fully stocked with unlimited bottled water napkins utensils lighter even a cake knife. The designated party helper cleaned up after us. They even provided coupons for another visit to each our of party guests to add to their party favor bags. The kids had a blast on the obstacle course and gave it a 10/10. No cons. Will be booking again. Thank you Ninja Warrior Factory! I can't recall the name of the guy manning the desk on 2/09/2025, but he has excellent customer service skills and I really appreciate that since I've had really negative experiences at other kids activity venues. Also Colton out party helper was the best.
