Therapeutic Ranch for Animals and Kids (TRAK)

My granddaughter has a deep passion for horses since she was the age of 2! She has been struggling with some behavioral issues and we had been trying to work through them. School was finally out and we decided to send her to camp last summer and only one week there changed her completely and saw significant improvements with her behavior. It was a complete turnaround for the better. So she ended up going a 2nd week during the summer then again during Christmas break. She has continued to talk about TRAK and the horses she got to spend time with, Boone is one of her favorite horses she often still talks about. I can’t express how TRAK has made an impact on my granddaughters life. The staff was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and couldn’t ask for a better place to send my granddaughter to. Thank you and appreciate all you do with the animals and kids!

This place was absolutely amazing! Where do I start? It was such a wholesome, loving and nurturing environment for the animals and all the kiddos and people that come here! My family loved it. Our tour guide, Cowboy Gil was phenomenal and made the experience so much fun! Just a great place with wonderful staff who have the kindest hearts 💜

We’ve been going to TRAK for almost 6 years & it’s such an amazing place that’s not just about horseback riding! The riding lessons are educational & fun, & the relationships & confidence that kids build being “a TRAK kid” is invaluable. They learn about animals & animal care, respect for each other & other living things, they learn all about responsibility, & they get to be part of a community of amazing people & have the opportunity to do so many other fun things- volunteering, camps, & they host birthday parties & events! #beaTRAKkid #thankyouTRAK

TRAK is such a magical place! My daughter’s riding instructor Tessa is one of our favorite parts of TRAK. If you’re looking for a riding instructor that will actually teach your child about horses & their behavior, technique & balance, & horsemanship from the ground up you should request lessons with Tessa. In addition to being a great & knowledgeable instructor, she also communicates with me regularly about my daughter’s progress, & what she’s planning to work on- she’s such an invaluable asset to TRAK!

My son and I volunteer here and we love it! Even though you're working it is a lot of fun too. They have petting zoo birthday parties that the kids absolutely love! They also have horseback riding lessons. The atmosphere is relaxed and it's so much fun here!
