a week agoI want to start off my review with saying this is a good water park. My wife, and I and our kids loved it. There's lots to do for young kids (4-8) all the way up to young teens. Restrooms/changing rooms were clean and functional. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Lots of rafts/tubes for tube rides and lazy river. That said I do have a couple complaints that if these were addressed would have made it 5 stars. 1. Pool staff were teens that didn't seem to really be engaged or want to be there. One even was sitting on their phone. 2. The rafts/tubes were never put away by kids or staff. They were constantly left in the lazy river causing clogs and potential for kids to get stuck under them or under the water fall. 3. Green scum around pool which is a sign it's not well maintained. No other water area had any scum buildup so this looked to be isolated to the main pool. 4. Kiddie/family hot tub is too hot for kids. 5. More staff may be warranted as concessions worker was also running laser tag and arcade prizes and birthday party party prep.

3 weeks agoGreat option for younger kids/ families. It was easy to keep an eye on our 6 y.o. and 3 y.o. without having to constantly shadow them! Much smaller than Great Wolf which means easier to keep tabs on the kiddos and the rooms are all much closer to the water park area. Very solid breakfast options (included) and a decent selection of food and beverages are available within the water park area. Just enough to do that they did not get bored. Not too crowded though they need more tubes for the slides and tables for seating. B+ or A-.

2 years agoWe celebrated our youngest kiddo's birthday there and was wonderful! The younger kids were happy and the older ones too. The water slides are really fun and the hot tubs are nice and relaxing. My only issue with the place is the cost is 18 bucks a person. I think they should change the price for kids.

2 months agoSuper small water park. Tubes for water slides can be hard to come by when it's busy. Nice that they have an adult only hot tub, though! Kept the kids busy for about 2 hours, then they were bored.

a month agoVery tired and dirty waterpark. About half the splash pad/kid area valves are broken. Water was freezing cold so I guess it doesn’t matter if it worked fully, place was absolutely packed and not a single person could endure the kids area cold water. Very disappointing when whole reason to be there was for our small kids to play. The pool deck and pools edges are a slight green with algae and rusty structures. All ages hot tub was “closed for maintenance”. The teenagers working the water slides provide nothing aside from covering some liability perhaps, not paying attention and not enforcing any rules. The “clean and unfolded” towel bin of mismatched stained and tattered towels is a nice way to finish off your time in the waterpark. Hotel and breakfast was very acceptable overall for the price point but this waterpark is shameful for the IGH brand.
