🍎Food Policy

• • Adult Beverage Policy: Guests must be 21 years old to purchase, possess, or consume adult beverages. Strict I.D. guidelines. Maximum of two single-portion adult beverages per valid I.D. Adult beverages must be consumed within designated areas. Sales end one hour prior to scheduled park closing or at park management's discretion.
• • Dining Plan participating locations and menus are subject to change without notice throughout the season and from year to year. Operating hours vary by location and some locations may not be open on select operating days.
• • All Season Dining: Maximum of 2 meals per day with a 4-hour interval between meals. Drinks are not included.
• • All Day Dining: One entrée and one side item every 90 minutes. Drinks are not included.
• • Premium All Day Dining: One entrée and one side item, or a snack, every 90 minutes. Includes a Drink Wristband for unlimited Coca-Cola® fountain beverage refills every 15 minutes.

🛡️Safety Policy

• • Tidal Wave Bay: Waves are generated for 5 minutes on, and then 5 minutes off. Strenuous activity is required during wave action cycles which may require the ability to swim and may result in fatigue. Exercise Caution.
• • Life jackets are required for Guests who are less than 52 inches tall in bare feet, participants with a history of seizures (or similar medical conditions), heart conditions, or those who are inexperienced or non-swimmers.
• • Children less than 42 inches tall in bare feet must wear a life jacket and be accompanied by a supervising companion.
• • A supervising companion may accompany up to 2 children.
• • Participants with a history of seizures (or heart or other serious medical conditions) should be supervised by someone who knows how to swim and how to provide emergency assistance.
• • Guests must be able to maintain independent seated postural control and must have appropriate observed behavior or be accompanied by a supervising companion.
• • Guests must have a minimum of two functioning extremities or be accompanied by a supervising companion.
• • Hand-held Infants: Participation or water depth may be restricted if necessary and must be accompanied by a Supervising Companion.
• • Guests with a full arm cast or full leg cast are welcome to enjoy the attraction, but participation or water depth may be restricted if necessary.
• • Guests with a cervical collar, neck brace, broken collar bone or braced arm cast cannot participate.
• • No Boo Necklace is not permitted in Haunted Mazes.
• • Interactive Lantern cannot be used in mazes or other indoor locations.

• • All Season Drink Plans are non-transferable and only valid for redemption by the registered passholder. The Season Pass must be used for park admission on the same date for benefits to be redeemed.
• • For Single Day FunPix Pass holders, photos will be available for 30 days. For All Season FunPix Pass holders, photos will be available until the end of the season.
• • The FunPix All Season Digital Photo Pass is available only to Kings Dominion season passholders.
