I took my wife and kids last Wednesday. April 2nd. We had a guy who worked there who really made our experience a whole lot more enjoyable. He seemed to be the only one working that night even tho there were several other employees on the clock. I think all the workers should have his energy or just hire some more people. The pizza was really good, tho. I would rather eat that pizza over any other pizza spot in Louisville. There were several games we played that took money from our cards but didn't allow us to play that game. It happened multiple times and never received compensation for losing my money. So that needs to be fixed. Other than that, thanks to Thomas, we ended up enjoying our night.

Let me start by saying the place looks very nice, and the games were fun. However, we paid over $500 for the biggest party pack. Only 1 person was working both rooms, our pizzas were cold, I had to help the lady carry drinks and pizzas to the room. The cake pops were a joke. Only 4 were correct size the rest looked like they ran out and just tried to make it work. THANK GOODNESS I brought my own cake. They were in a Togo box and didn't even have sticks. It was a joke. The party helper went on break in the middle of our party. She was stressed and overworked the whole time. I booked this so I didn't have to do anything but enjoy my child and I did not accomplish that. I'm sad to say I would never book here again. The price point isn't worth the hassle. They did reach out and ask how to correct their errors. They also worked with us to make this right. So I am giving them a better star rating.

We took my kiddo tonight and when we loaded her card and tried a few games, 3 of the games wouldn’t work back to back but was taking funds off the card. We waited in the regular line but the attendant left to help someone else. After about 5 minutes i decided to go to the area where you redeem your tickets and asked a woman named Stephanie for help. She was amazing, and so understanding. She offered us 3 free game plays and was super patient when my kiddo was indecisive on which games she wanted to use the plays on. On one of the games, my kiddo hit a jackpot while Stephanie was there and she was SO supportive and started cheering her on! Stephanie truly took our experience from terrible to amazing in a matter of just a few minutes! We used to rest of the game card with no issues & when it was time to get our prizes we got help from a gentleman, who’s name I didn’t get, but he was also very patient and helpful! He also didn’t seem to mind my kiddos indecisiveness which is always much appreciated! I feel like Stephanie really deserves to be recognized for her empathy and customer service skills!

On Saturday March 29@6pm we brought birthday party to your facility at Jefferson Mall to start with we were told we would have to wait other people were using the lanes. We had reservations. Customer service was in need of some training asked if we had swiped card yet it was paid on line. Finally put us on lane 1 lane 2 in not working under maintenance. After first couple of balls being thrown. Started get F and only letting us throw one ball. We just let it go for a while then finally got someone to come assist us. Was told they could move us to another lane but our time was almost up. They said we should have probably not been put on that lane. We asked for refund girl said we don't do refunds and walked off. Manager or supervisor came to us we explained everything again. He said he couldn't do a refund but offered a $30 gift card to the birthday boy. He found some games swiped his card. And to continue on we had to get assistance with the games on the floor wouldn't reset bowling then clear off round. Waited forever for ball return. And we were not the only people having issues. Played a shooting game several times no scores registered others had same issues there as well. When he went to redeem off his free $30 card it showed 15 damn point equaling 1 damn tootsie available what a ripe off. He really enjoyed you joint. We will never even walk through your place and will tell everyone we can just what horrible service this place is. May you closed down and be forgotten

It’s impossible to not compare this place to Round1. Especially with it being in the same location. There are no rhythm games here at all. Not even a DDR cabinet which was a big draw for Round1. They do have a decent amount of claw machines. And this place did have a few machines that I’ve actually never seen before and I ended up playing when I went. I did the 40 for 20 dollar deal for 200 credits on Monday evening. The employe wasn’t aware of this, but a manager was able to get me set up. I was impressed with the variety of coin/marble pusher games. Some are older machines that aren’t around much anymore which brings a unique experience. The prizes inside Over the Edge were interesting and I managed to win a small prize. You only get 5 balls per 12 credit swipe which is not a lot. I only experienced one pusher that wasn’t fully working. The biggest disappointment here was the prize room. It’s mostly cheap run of the mill arcade prizes. Round1 really stood out because of how high quality the prizes were. I was interested in the giant Pokemon plush, however you cannot win these with regular tickets. These can only be won by playing a carnival style water gun game. Which is frustrating because I have no interest in that and these were the only prizes I liked. Overall I did appreciate seeing games here that were new to me. However, none of the prizes are worth playing for so that will unfortunately prevent me from frequenting this place like I do Dave & Busters.
