Tour de Wolf Trailhead

I've run and biked this trail for years and it's a nice mix of flat and hills. Can be pretty muddy and waterlogged in areas at times. About 6.5 miles depending on any variants.

Great trails with lots of wilderness and scenery. Normally well kept and easy to walk or run.

Not well marked but fun. Gave my old hardtail a workout!

Trails are good for mountain bikes. You can use rigid bikes, but be ready for ruts in the clay. I personally like it.

Fun, slightly technical forest/field trail. Can be a bit confusing with other trail junctions and not always clearly marked. Bring water. Sturdy slip-resistant shoes a bonus. It's 6 miles long, so snacks are also an idea. No restrooms (obviously). You do enter an off-leash dog area. Never have I came across a hostile dog, but mentioning it for those who may have a fear of dogs.
