💡Pro Tips from Reviews

  • If purchasing a multi-hour package (e.g., 3-hour), inquire specifically about the closing times for advanced difficulty routes (like 'black routes') to ensure you have adequate time.
  • Be prepared for potential waits for training sessions, even if you arrive early for your reservation, due to reported inconsistencies in staff readiness.
  • For first-timers on ropes courses, leverage the knowledgeable staff for thorough safety equipment instruction.
  • If congestion is a major concern, consider visiting during off-peak hours or days.

Things to Consider

  • Inconsistent staff professionalism; some staff members may appear nonchalant or unprepared, leading to potential waiting times for mandatory training even with a reservation.
  • Advanced routes (specifically 'black routes') close approximately an hour before the park's official closing time, which can cut short the experience for those on longer packages (e.g., a 3-hour package).
  • Adventure park routes can become congested and are described as being 'mostly together', potentially affecting flow and enjoyment during busy periods.
  • A reviewer had a superior experience at a competitor ('GoApe'), suggesting areas for improvement in overall service consistency and information clarity.

Price & Value

No specific pricing is explicitly mentioned beyond a 'three-hour package'. The value of this package might be diminished if advanced courses close prematurely, reducing access to all advertised routes. However, overall positive reviews suggest good value when operations run smoothly.

Accessibility & Special Needs

  • No specific accommodations for special needs or accessibility features are mentioned in the reviews.

🍎Food & Drink Policy

  • No information regarding outside food or on-site food and drink options is mentioned in the reviews.

🚗Parking Info

  • No information regarding parking facilities is mentioned in the reviews.

👥Crowd Levels

  • The ropes courses can experience congestion, and routes are described as being 'mostly together', indicating potential for close proximity to other participants and possible waits during busy periods.

🛡️Safety Features

  • Staff provides instruction on how to use the safety equipment, with specific commendation for staff being 'super knowledgeable and helpful' and 'on top of everything' regarding training, indicating a focus on participant safety education.

When to Avoid

  • Booking 3-hour packages for late afternoon if your primary goal is to complete the most difficult (black) routes, as they close early (e.g., an hour before closing).
  • If you prefer a completely uncongested experience or have low tolerance for potential waits for training.
  • If you expect highly uniform and proactive customer service from every staff member, as some inconsistency has been reported.

For our 29th wedding anniversary we wanted to do something adventurous. So we came to the zip line. Soon as I got there I was very impressed. The compound is beautiful it is clean and well-maintained. The staff is amazing it was Easter Sunday and they were passing out eggs. The courses are wonderful and so much fun. I want to go back as soon as possible.

Came to try out some mini golf and ended up coming back to climb. The course winds through the forest alongside a relaxing lake. Overall a fantastic experience on the golf courses. The adventure park has tons of course options, ranging from nice and easy, to "whoa I need to go to the gym". Staff was extremely welcoming and the check in was quick and easy. Can't wait to come back for their Halloween season events!

I have wanted to try a zipline/ropes course for some time now and finally made it happen today at TreeRunner. The experience was fantastic. Staff are super knowledgeable and helpful and do a great job teaching you how to use the safety equipment. I didn’t advance to the hardest courses but will be back soon and hope to make that happen. An awesome time was had by our whole group!

in the last week

Had a reservation for 2:45pm but came 15mins earlier to get settled and grab our gear. The person that greeted us was very nonchalant and didn’t care to instruct us about anything. We had to wait about 15mins while a particular someone was available to give us our training when there were three other employees doing nothing. Honestly, most of the team seemed unprepared and untrained. Only the one dude that gave us our training was on top of everything. He was cool too. They also don’t tell you they close certain routes about an hour before closing. For example, we got the three-hour package starting at 2:45pm but by 5:00pm de black routes were closed. Anyhow, the routes themselves are fun but they get congested. They’re mostly together. Experience was fun but they need to fix their team issues and offer better information. Better service and customer attention is a must. Had a previous experience at GoApe and honestly, that was 10/10. If you’re in between the two, go with GoApe.
