2 years agoI love watching Andy repair my flat tire. I bet he could do it with his eyes closed, his hands are so trained. It cost just $10 but I wanted to give more. These folks build community by taking kids for group bike rides, offering classes in basic bike maintenance, and allowing people to work in the shop to earn points toward a bike purchase. It feels like " Cheers" bar in there, where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came.

5 years agoGreat shop for the casual cyclist. Friendly volunteers run the shop for benefit of a good cause offering very fair repair/parts prices. Shop has sporadic inventory on gear and accessories but always a good value

7 years agoThe prices are simply unbeatable.. Sometimes you'll find near brand new parts.. Or somewhat used high 3nd parts and everything in between.. Last time I was there I got a 2 almost new tires and an inner tube for 10 bux

12 years agoI was just looking for a bike to use casually and get exercise. They had a lot of bikes, and took the time to help me pick the right size and the right kind for my purpose. It's been a year, and I'm very happy with my bike. Nice guys and a good cause.

7 years agoAn incredible resource for Charlotte. Buy a bike, get repairs, ask for help with a problem or learn how to ride. Love the vintage bike I purchased for $270.00, and have been back numerous times for routine maintenance.
