💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →For younger children (under 6), double-check class schedules to ensure timings (e.g., 7 PM) are suitable for their bedtime routines.
- →If your child is highly energetic, this gym's structured, small classes and high instructor ratio appear to be an excellent fit.
- →If specific coaches are mentioned positively (like 'Coach Pam' in one review), inquire about their class availability if you have a preference or hear recommendations.
Things to Consider
- ⚠Late evening class times (e.g., 7 PM) may be too late for younger children (e.g., 5-year-olds).
Price & Value
While no specific pricing is mentioned, the high student-to-instructor ratio (e.g., 5:3), highly qualified coaching staff (including former college/competitive gymnasts), and demonstrable skill advancement suggest excellent value for the investment in a child's gymnastics education. The focused, small group learning environment likely justifies a premium compared to larger, less supervised programs, offering a high return on investment in skill development and engagement.

👥Crowd Levels
- •Adult open gym on Sunday nights can handle 'a lot of people' due to 'tons of space and equipment', suggesting good overall facility capacity. For children's classes, the explicit mention of 'very small' classes and 'five students to three instructors' indicates that crowding is not an issue within classes, ensuring focused attention for each child.
🛡️Safety Features
- •The staff is described as 'very professional', 'well-trained' (including former college/competitive gymnasts), and 'caring and supportive of each girl,' which implicitly indicates a strong focus on a safe and supervised learning environment. The high instructor-to-student ratio also contributes significantly to better supervision and safety during activities.
⏰When to Avoid
- • If your young child (under 6) struggles with late bedtimes, avoid the 7 PM classes for their age group.
- • If you prefer a less structured, free-play environment, be aware this venue focuses on structured learning and skill development.

8 months agoAdult open gym on Sunday nights is awesome! Tons of space and equipment even when a lot of people show up. They are also so gracious to keep it open when only one or two of us show up.

2 years agoI took my son here for around 2 years. He’s very energetic. The classes are very structured and very small. Most of the classes he was in the ratio was five students to three instructors. The 7pm class was a little late for us because he’s five but other than that, it was great and he loved it!

a year agoWent to the Summer Show off Event to watch my granddaughter perform. The staff is very professional, but at the same time caring and supportive of each girl. The staff is also well-trained and consists of several former college gymnasts and current competitive-level gymnasts. I was impressed with the advancement I have seen with my granddaughter over the past year. I would recommend this program to anyone whose child is interested in gymnastics.
