a month agoWe went for a 1 night stay over Spring Break & had a great time! 2 adults & a 6 year old. Pool area & arcade are perfect size. Life guards were all friendly & attentive. One was even cleaning the pool tile- I was impressed. Rooms & pool area were nice & clean. Only disappointment was the restaurant was supposed to be open but wasn't. Overall, a wonderful time!! THANK YOU STAFF

a month agoWent with 3 kids(4,12, and 14), and they loved it. The rooms were a little outdated but still ok, this was our second time being there and we learned from our first time to bring our food or order out as the food there is over priced(as with every hotel like this) and quality is not worth the price you pay. Arcade was great fun and, in my opinion, very well priced. The waterpark is great for kids, not much for adults, but it was a trip for the kids, so I didn't mind much. All in all a good place and will return in the future.

a month agoWow. We stayed here for the water park and it was a great stay. Brandon at the front desk was so knowledgeable, patient and helpful. They had crayons and pictures for the kids to color. The lifeguards were really paying attention which is a bonus. And the pool towels were warm. The room was set up with both a soft and firm bed. Soft, firm, memory foam and medium pillows! It was incredible. Bonus! The arcade was super fun for all ages, not just teens. Say hello to Brandon if he’s working 🫶🏻

2 months agoWe just returned from an amazing family vacation at the Tundra Lodge, and I couldn't wait to share our experience! As a family with a wide range of ages (12, 2, and 1), it's not always easy to find a destination that caters to everyone's needs. But the Tundra Lodge truly exceeded our expectations! The water park was an absolute blast for all ages! We loved that our little ones (2 and 1) could participate in the tub rides with an adult, making it a great option for families with tiny tots. The lazy river was a huge hit, and our 2-year-old had an absolute ball going down the water slide with her daddy. As a pregnant mom, I was a bit apprehensive about finding activities that I could enjoy, but the Tundra Lodge had plenty of options. The warm water and relaxing atmosphere made it easy for me to unwind and have fun with my family. The staff was friendly, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. We can't wait to come back and make more memories at the Tundra Lodge! If you're looking for a family-friendly destination that truly caters to all ages, look no further than the Tundra Lodge. We highly recommend it!

a week agoStayed here during the draft. No room Service or towel refresh for the entire 3 day stay. Had to ask for towels and then had to bring the used towels down before they would give us fresh ones. $1000 per night for the draft and they still charged $3.50 for a crappy coffee in the morning.
