Ultrazone Baltimore

The folks who were working the evening of Friday, July 26, 2024 deserve a big fat raise! We came a long way to play laser tag for our kid’s birthday, and they went out of their way to make the birthday kiddo feel super special. It was such a memorable visit. The maze and challenges were great, the play time was long, and we all came out sweating because of how engaging it was. Definitely worth the drive! Thank you Ultrazone crew!

We booked our end of season soccer party here and couldn't have asked for a better experience. There were some broken arcade games, but it wasn't enough of a nuisance to dampen the fun of the party. We will definitely consider this again!

I cannot say enough about the incredible experience I had at ultrazone for my son's 10th birthday. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. It was really clean inside, and everything was set up and ready as soon as we got there. Our host Malachi was absolutely amazing. He was very nice patient with the children, had us all laughing and just a joy to be around. Everyone had such a great time that I will be booking my daughter's birthday here in May and will specifically be requesting Malachi to be our game host.

For laser tag in the area it was cool. Staff was friendly. Maybe everyone is doing it now but the arcade tickets went right on your play card. Lots of seats to wait. Party area seemed small but that's not what kids care about.

Multiple games had out of order sticky notes. Some games didn’t have out of order stickers but should have. A few games weren’t even powered on. The only good thing was I asked for a refund and they gave me one without any trouble. I’m never going back. That was the worst arcade I’ve ever been to.
