Maybe the best claw machine arcade in Flushing. You'll win a lot more often than at other places, and the machines are kept pretty full which helps with winning. The prices for tokens are reasonable and you get bonus tokens if you spend more. One of the best things is their vast array of trade-in options which are nicer than the ones in the machines.

The staff were so friendly here. The grabs for the claw machines were also pretty easy. I had a fun time getting so many plushies and loved how they even provided us with such a nice holographic reusable tote bag to carry them when we were done.

The place is amazing only until late the day I just realized you could exchange your plushies for better ones in-front the counter. Anyways this is the only claw machine location I know that is winnable. This my first time coming and I enjoyed it however it’s little expensive 😢

I recently visited and while I enjoyed my time there, I found it a bit pricey compared to arcades I've been to in Japan (cost of living issues, I know). The coins seemed a bit expensive, and I found the credit system a little confusing. Some machines require 4 coins while others only require 3, but both offer the same 2 credits for a winning plush exchange. This inconsistency made it difficult to keep track of my credits and plan my strategy. The plushies themselves weren't the most appealing to me either. However, the staff were absolutely fantastic! Kay (I hope I got the name right!) was incredibly helpful and friendly. She offered me some great tips for winning games and was always happy to answer my questions. The other staff member was also very patient and informative. Their hospitality truly made the experience enjoyable. Overall, I'd give the arcade 3.5 stars. While the pricing and credit system could be improved, and the plushies weren't the most exciting, the exceptional service from the staff definitely makes it worth considering for a return visit. Those staff members deserve a raise!
