Have a membership for my 4 kids and I have been coming here since they opened. I did my twins bday party in September and absolutely had a great experience. The entire staff is great and has the patience for the kids and their parents. This year I have noticed they have planned way more events for the kids and have made it even more interactive. Last weekend we attended the scavenger hunt and that was super cool as well. Today they are having their haunted maze and I absolutely LOVE the staff rising to the occasion and dressing up. Huge shout out to the manager and general manager Loren for putting it together and being front line taking on the long customer line. Thank you all for the hard work you all put in to make this a great turn out for the kids and the parents.

I recently visited Uptown Jungle, and I was thoroughly impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire establishment was. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the space spotless and safe for kids to play. The friendly atmosphere was evident from the moment we walked in — everyone greeted us warmly and was eager to help. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Anna at the Craig location. Even though she was visibly tired, she powered through her shift with a smile and an amazing attitude. Her dedication and hard work didn’t go unnoticed and truly made our visit enjoyable. Thank you, Anna, and the rest of the Uptown Jungle team for creating such a welcoming environment! We’ll definitely be back.

My kids have membership. They had OPEN installation so unsafe. I don't know how long it's been like that. You can't have installation open like that. Bad for eyes and for breathing in. Told people about it and staff. They did nothing and let kids play in it.

Poor customer service by management and business fails to follow posted hours. Bought a membership and was really excited to use it. Hyped it up to my 2.5yo all morning long but got there at posted opening hours and place was closed for private event!! Spoke to manager and was told to follow them on socials for updates on closures. No other solution for us and left with a crying toddler who couldn't understand the situation.

Great location! The best Uptown Jungle location in Vegas. Lauren is the manager here and not only is she beyond helpful and courteous, but she also takes great care of every customer. It’s hard to find managers who are present and care and you can see that she truly does. We took kids on a field trip here and it was a wonderful experience, we actually have a location closer to our school but make the extra drive to come to this one because of the great service!
