What happened with our safe, clean, fun Uptown Jungle???? We’ve been members for about two years, and over the past few times we’ve been there, the establishment is SO MESSY and UNSAFE! A few facts: . The basketball area’s inflatable floor is hardly ever stable full of air, making it not only so uncomfortable to play, but quite unsafe. . On many occasions, I’ve seen the actual air pumping machine been left outside by the wall, and with the big plugs on the same wall open and perfectly ready for our little curious toddlers to potentially hurt themselves with all of that. . Yesterday my friend’s baby (see pictures) slipped and hit her head (thankfully not too hard) in some of the dirty water that was left after the floors were being cleaned. We had been sat down for at least 20 minutes giving our children some snacks and watching the staff do literally NOTHING to clean those traces of dirty (really gross) water all along the back side where the dinning tables are. After the incident, we asked the boy that seemed to be in charge of it to please take care of that, and defensively he replied: “I am working on it”. To what we thought to ourselves, “no you’re not, had you been working on it, you would’ve already grabbed some paper towels to the very least, and forgot nieve your job to ensure this running area is safe”. As pictures show, we ended up doing it ourselves before other kinds hurt themselves. . Toys are missing and/or destroyed. I understand parents should be more aware of what their children are doing and not let them destroy the place, and from a business perspective I also believe that it is Uptown Jungle’s responsibility to keep its place clean, safe, and fun re-stocking the missing or damaged pieces. . Along the dame previous lines, there’s broken plastic balls all over the place (not safe), and on a different day I watched the teenager in charge of cleaning those areas pick up balls and dumping them into the main pool ball area (whatever that’s called) with peaces of a plastic bag that seemed to belong to a package of socks. He saw it go into the play area and did not mind picking it up, so I did, because little pieces of plastic bags are indeed another hazard for our little ones. Anyway, these are the few things I can think of now. I gave it an extra star only because we used to LOVE this place, not anymore. Sad! We’re going to cancel our membership :(

I used to enjoy taking my kids to Uptown Jungle. They have fun and there is so much to do and it previously was a great place for fun birthday parties. But over the past few months, the quality of the place has plummeted. Now, there are a lot of broken, missing, and worn down features that need to be fixed. Air Floors constantly deflate and are dangerous. Some things have been broken for an entire year. I understand kids are hard on things, but most of what is broken is relatively inexpensive to fix or replace. It also is not as clean as it used to be. I hope that the franchise owners will make the effort to make some changes so it doesn't continue to go downhill, because it started out as a really unique attraction for this area.

We love coming to uptown Jungle, it's always a good time for the kids. As an event planner I love doing events here! Everyone is so kind and helpful to us. Being able to set up and decorate for events is a big one for me and they're always so patient with us.

Had my kiddos party there. The hostess and staff were attentive and were good about checking in on us. We had pizza come out an hour before the cotton candy tower. It was a fantastic experience.

We had our daughter’s birthday party at this place and it was amazing! They have so much things for the kids to do and play even the little ones can play and enjoy at the toddler area.. Also they have super delicious pizza and the staff is super friendly and the manager Spencer was so helpful and kind! We will be coming back for sure!
