Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

This is a great place for kids. As long as they are under 12. I took my daughter and 6 of her friends for her 15th birthday. They had fun, but not enough fun for the price I had to pay. I would not suggest paying such a high price for kids that aren't going to enjoy it unless they are under 12. Other than the WAY over price tickets, the staff was great! Very friendly and all around great!

1-star review I’m really disappointed with our experience at Urban Air. The facility is very dirty, and it doesn’t seem like the staff is keeping up with basic cleaning. Even worse, the playground has metal and sharp pieces sticking out, which is a major safety hazard for kids. It’s unacceptable for a place designed for children to be this poorly maintained. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements ASAP.

Despite my son and nephew loving this place it surely is dirty. Makes us question whether it’s swept or cleaned frequently considering it’s 11am on a Tuesday. So much trash everywhere. Being though we were the first family in this trash had to be left from the day prior or longer.

DIRTY!! FILTHY!! NASTY!!!! Disgusting. No one cleans up here. We have a membership so we’re here twice a week and I see the same trash on both days. So gross 🤢 UPDATE (12-9-2024): I’ve been calling around for almost two weeks and no one has called me back. DO NOT BE SCAMMED INTO A MEMBERSHIP. THEY DONT WANT TO CANCEL IT. THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED. NO ONE TELLS YOU THIS UPFRONT! I Want to cancel because it’s so dirty and it’s causing my children to be sick because there is MOLD IN THE BALLPIT AREA. I will rate the overall experience five stars although when I arrived to place there were some changes made due to bad scheduling. I paid for the ultimate package and a private room downstairs, because I had family members that couldn't go upstairs and my room was upstairs. Management and my hostess were very attentive and accommodating we got our table within 10 minutes as promised downstairs although not the private room which was not my original party plan, the party ended up turning out to be very successful and very good. This is my second time visiting Urban Air and I will return. I would just tell anyone to follow up after scheduling event to make sure that your party goes as planned but the children enjoyed it they had a great time my family definitely going back!!! Thank you Urban Air for making my baby 8th birthday a successful blast and thank you to my hostess May F you were great I definitely recommend her as a hostess!!
