3 months agoKids had a blast on the rock wall and we jumped for hours. Clean and friendly staff. Would recommend. I prefer to go during the week when it's less busy.

3 months agoMy son had a blast for his 11th birthday 🎉🎂 He and his friends had the time of their lives! Nia was so helpful to get us situated and John was such a great 'host' who kept everyone fed and happy. I recommend getting the VIP suite so parents can hang out in a quiet space while still being able to watch the kids have fun! All in all, a great experience!

2 weeks agoThe attention on arrival was very good, the games very fun for all ages. The bathrooms were very dirty, they lack a lot of cleanliness.

11 months agoWe’ve gone here on and off for years. Today we went to use the remains of a gift card, and we won’t be going back. It was $21 per kid for the middle level pass, plus more for a pass for my toddler and one for me to assist her, so not a low cost. The biggest problem is that most of the trampolines have lost their bounce! I know the place gets a lot of abuse, but when you’re a trampoline park you just have to maintain your tramps!! That’s just part of the cost of doing business (spoken as a small business owner myself)… Other problems include but aren’t limited to broken and missing attraction stuff everywhere (so much duct tape), and trash! Everything from food and wrappers to bandaids and little black pieces of trampoline elastic (presumably) everywhere!! If you’re going to claim to be the cleanest on signs all over the place, then my suggestion is to have some of the many unoccupied employees walk around working on the trash situation. I recommend going to Altitude instead. It’s a bit of drive to Round Rock, but it costs less and their facilities are better maintained.

2 weeks agoI took my daughter and her friends for a birthday celebration. It was packed for a Sunday, and the whole place looked really dirty and dingy. There aren't many seats available for parents to sit, but I did find a quieter place eventually. A friend showed up late and was only going to get an hour of play. I kindly asked for a prorated rate but none exists. Overall, it is overrated and overpriced unless you're 5 and it's your birthday!
