Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We attended a birthday party and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was our first time to an Urban Air and it was very fun. The kids were wore out when it was all said and done. Safety signs were posted everywhere and cleaning staff were swift. Highly recommend for parties.

Three stars because the kids love the play. My daughter has a membership and every time I come here I leave with some level of dissatisfaction, but I don't let my adult grievances interfere with childhood fun. The concession line is too long generally and then the food is bad. The candy machine has been broken for like a year and they don't sell the same candy behind the counter. The same soda machine that was broken the last time we were here months ago is still broken, and two dipping dots machines next to that broken soda machine (near the bathrooms) were not functioning properly today and likely won't be fixed when we return. We had just finished our pizza from Three Brothers when a couple workers came to tell me outside food wasn't allowed. I told them they were late as we were done and that their food is bad. I was told reviews say otherwise. I come to the reviews and notice that the good ones tend to be from party attendees. I can attest from experience that the level of service is better for a party. Parties get fresh whole pizzas, no one has to get in line to get what they need and the generally good vibes of a celebration go a long way toward making a visit positive. So I'm here giving the real review from the rest of us - the members and patrons who have to deal with long lines for weak food and non-working machines which means having to get in a long line. This place is good for the parties and play only. I'll be back, but your concessions won't get a dime of my money. Peace out.

Been multiple times to multiple locations This particular location is a Great facility. The manager was very responsive as communicative. Facility is clean and well managed by the staff! Definitely having the next party at this location.

We had my daughter's birthday party on a Sunday afternoon, and I was surprised that it wasn't overly crowded. The party host, Nevaeh, was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly nice and attentive to all our needs. Her hospitality was excellent, and she really made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Nevaeh, for making my daughter's birthday so special! The only downside was the parking situation and the facility was very warm.

I personally recommend having the go carts with the ultimate package as the laser tag and VR isn’t really utilized that much for the price of the platinum (reason for the 4 star). The table space wasn’t bad. My daughter celebrates her 8th birthday here, Nevaeh was amazing, she helped us during the entire party process. She does very well with the children and her patience tolerance with the kids was top notch!!!! We will definitely do urban air again but the party packages need to be adjusted.
