Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Minus 1 star for the food. All the staff I encountered were friendly even with a million kids running around lol. We had fun. My kids were in there for hours! They did everything and we had a food break. I took a star off because of the food. I had wings combo lemon pepper wings fries and a drink. We had maybe 10 fries that were small and burned and the chicken was not cooked all the way through. I could feel the texture. I had to use a flashlight and saw it wasn't cooked because it's dark in there. The outside was very fatty also. We also had chicken fingers and fries combo, again not many fries chicken finger come came with 4 tenders 2 were a good size and 2 were really small and basically 1 tender. I think next time I'll just try the pizza. The funnel cake fries were good. I went on a Sunday afternoon and the parking lot was full but once you get inside there's enough room that it didn't seem too crowded.

It was busy but fun. We loved Jordyan she was phonenomel can't recommend her enough! She took great care of us during my daughter's birthday party!

The whole experience was amazing. The day I signed up for a membership is the day I booked my son’s party. They gave me all the details which made for an easy decision. As the part approached I received a call to confirm booking and place orders for food. A week before I received an email incase anything needed to be added or changed. No change needed. Party day we arrived early to be greeted by our host. Sole (not sure how it’s spelled) who was amazing. Super friendly. She made the whole thing effortless. The first time I didn’t have to run around like a chicken with my head cut off. Party was a super success. She was even wonderful to my much younger son even after the party. Urban Air has the best customer service.

We came to visit the establishment for booking our son's birthday party. The staff were super welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, attentive and patient. The facility is clean and the workers were enthusiastic and attentive at each station. The day of the party we were greeted again with the same qualities as mentioned earlier. JORDYN was our private party host, she was also super welcoming. Jordyn was punctual, attentive, organized, professional, super accommodating, and enthusiastic as well. She kept up with the itinerary of the party, we didn't feel rushed at all. She was so helpful and saved me so much stress compared to previous birthday parties I've planned. Thank yall so much for making our son's birthday party and our day there amazing!🤩

My daughter had a ball for her party at urban air glen burnie we will definitely be going back. Our party host Haven was the absolute best i recommend her for anyones party. Apparently you can request her for parties so do so asap.
