Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I’ll start by saying that we’ve hosted a couple b’day parties here and it’s always been great. 4/26/25. my young daughter attended a friend’s b’day party. They were jumping & playing in the ball pit. My daughter jumped into the ball pit and missed this 1/2” steel plate by inches! The place was packed with easily 20+ small children playing on the ball pit. How in the world Urban Air felt this was ok to leave exposed is beyond me? This is an BAD accident waiting to happen! I pointed it out to what seemed to be a pretty unconcerned teenage employe. Pure negligence on their behalf.

I had my daughter’s 9th birthday at this location and they exceeded my expectations!! We had a Sunday party and it wasn’t crowded like I expected which was great. Every staff member I encountered was so pleasant and helpful. My party host, Q, was so efficient and nice!! He anticipated every need that I had, was respectful and made it a point to make me and my guests feel welcomed. This was my first time ever at Urban Air and definitely will not be my last!!

We had my son’s 10th birthday party here. It was so nice to not have to think about set up and breakdown, or food! We just showed up with a cake and everything else was handled. Our just India was phenomenal. She was always smiling, so sweet, and took great care of us. It was a tiny bit crowded, but the kids didn’t notice. They had a blast. The food was good, came exactly on time, and there was enough for everyone. Will definitely consider urban air for future birthday parties.

We hosted a Youth Group night and the kids had a blast. The staff was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond serving our group of 30. The staff kept everything clean throughout the night. The kids raved about the pizza. I’m highly impressed! The manager and event coordinator exceeded my expectations for the night!

We live in Homewood but came to this location for a birthday party. My son enjoys all the offered activities. Now some of the equipment is duct taped...but for the most part he enjoys himself. It gets very packed on the weekends though. It can be hard to maneuver through crowds.
