Definitely a fun time. However, staff could absolutely be more attentive. I saw several guests vaping indoors and profane language being used with no reprimand. It’s supposed to be a family establishment but I don’t feel like that was a top priority for employees. They could also use more space for people who would like to enjoy their concessions, or at least staff ensuring no one “camps” at tables meant for concessions. Great points for our visit were the front desk employees are very helpful, sweet and knowledgeable. Everything was in working order, definitely feel like it’s worth the money! Go cart line takes a while, but that’s to be expected with the number of guests to be accommodated. 5 stars for attractions, 2 for atmosphere. Would’ve been a better experience had the staff been able to maintain the expectations of guests behavior. We used the online service to purchase tickets and sign waivers. It was easy to navigate and made the check in process smooth.

**Don’t spend your money here!!!** We have been coming to Urban Air Homewood for the past few years, but after this experience, we won’t be back. If I hadn’t already paid for everything online and not wanting to upset my son on his birthday we would have left. We didn’t know there would be a time restriction. The website advertised “all day play,” and in the past there wasn’t a time limit on playtime, but when we arrived, we were only given a 2-hour playtime. Definitely not worth the money. I spent over $300 on tickets, pizza, and drinks to celebrate my son’s birthday, yet we weren’t allowed to bring his cake back to the table to properly celebrate. After spending that much money, we expected to be able to at least enjoy a special moment for my son’s special day. Instead, we were rushed, and restricted. It felt as though our celebration didn’t matter because we hadn’t purchased one of the “party” packages. Despite spending alot of money, we were treated as if our experience wasn’t as important, and we couldn’t fully enjoy the special moment for my son’s birthday. Also, since we had already paid for food online, eating took up part of our limited playtime. To make matters worse, the manager made us feel uncomfortable. He was rude, unhelpful and gave us a hard time. It felt like we were watched and followed the whole time we were there. Rather than feeling like valued customers, we felt unwelcome. After years of coming here, it’s disappointing to see how things have changed. What was supposed to be a fun and memorable birthday celebration turned into a frustrating and stressful experience. I wouldn’t recommend this location for parties or special occasions. Definitely not worth the money or frustration. Spend your money somewhere else!!

From the moment we walked in the door to purchase packages for our kiddos, I was immediately blown away at the fact that associate was so embedded in her phone: "please sign the waivers over there" she said as she pointed to the Kiosk while simultaneously swiping on her phone.... She seemed a bit bothered when asked for help. She seem like she did not want to be there... As for the Kiosk, it's straight forward however, give customers the ability to add/sign bulk waivers before being able to add packages and please add payment options so customers can get squared away pronto. It wasn't a huge crowd there when we went so I did a walk through to have a look at the things my kids are going to touch. I noticed about 3 of the safety monitors doing acrobatics to themselves in the dodge ball pin. They wasn't at their posts, monitoring the kids that was playing at various stations. Some of the edges of the padding needs to be replaced as they are a tripping hazard. You can't ask us to sign a waiver and still have tripping hazards. The men's restroom was a utter disappointment... I looked down at the floor and I saw multiple impressions of little footprints in multiple puddles of dried up urine stains. I told my son to wear his shoes when using the restroom. P.S. THE REST ROOMS NEED SOME ATTENTION. The concession stand was open but the Attendant was ducked off somewhere in the back. When we placed our order, it took 2 minutes for him to surface. Perhaps he saw us on the camera and came running. He was kind, courteous and professional with us as we placed our order. But he returned to the back before we completely walk away. Overall the bulk of the staff were teens or young adults, they do their job when the the crowd comes in but when it slows down, it seems like they hide. I've witnessed the supervisor walk the floor and have personally saw an associate swerve her and slip out of her sight. Instead of hiding and doing acrobatics; perhaps cleaning the men's room should be something to do because it is a health hazard for a child to wade in public urine when visiting the restroom. Instead of being on the phone; why not get customers signed in, waivers signed and packages purchased. Do away with the Kiosk because there are too many free hands available to help man the front desk. To sum up the review, my kids had a blast. This experience was different from visits to other UA. But there need to be team meeting over this. Having a job is a responsibility. Especially when you're in charge of the safety of all guests. So the staff here needs to trained again. Thank you

I had a remarkably easy check-in process that only took me about 10 minutes to provide the necessary information and sign the waiver for both of my kids. However, I did notice that the facility could use some improvements in terms of cleanliness. Another aspect that caught my attention was the limited staff supervision, which could be enhanced for better safety and assistance. Despite these concerns, our overall visit was enjoyable, thanks to the wide variety of activities available to us. I was pleased to find that everything within the facility worked perfectly, and the concessions offered a great selection of snacks at a reasonable value. Considering the positive aspects of our experience, we are definitely inclined to visit again in the future.

After reading some of the previous reviews, I had reservations about visiting this location. However, I decided to give it a try. We arrived on a weekday at 10 a.m., so the venue was not crowded. We purchased the Platinum Pass to allow the children to enjoy the go-karts and the Tower, but unfortunately, the Tower was out of order. The children noted that the other location offered more attractions and expressed a preference for visiting that location in the future rather than returning here. Overall, the experience was enjoyable for the kids, though they were quite disappointed by the Tower's unavailability.
