Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Took one of my children to a friend's birthday party and bought tickets for 2 of my other kids. They all had a blast my oldest girl even made a friend! Definitely recommended and even tho it's crowded it's very easy to keep an eye on ur babies 💕

We had such a fantastic experience at Urban Air for my daughter’s birthday party. Check-in was seamless and organized, and the facility was full of fun for the kids—but what really made the day extra special was our amazing host, Sara. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and on top of every detail. From making sure the kids had everything they needed to keeping the schedule running smoothly, Sara handled it all with such warmth and professionalism. She truly went above and beyond, and her thoughtful care made the event stress-free for everyone—especially me as the parent! Highly recommend booking your party here, and if you can, ask for Sara. She’s the best of the best!

I held my sons birthday party here. first was given misinformation through the party hotline about being able to have a themed birthday that is extra. Paid well over $800 for 17 children. The event itself wasnt bad the kids enjoyed it but we were in a room that had no a/c mind you it was 17 children plus atleast 1 adult per child & when i asked if we could turn it on they said no so we held opened the door throughout the gathering. Not very accommodating you have to buy everything from them food wise. Id take my children back individually but definitely not worth birthday event. they gave us exactly 2 hours and the host said we had to start cleaning 30 mins prior because there was another party booked after ours and nobody used it. Over all could've been better.

Great atmosphere for children of all ages, even toddlers. It can be crowded although plenty of room to move around facility. Waivers can be completed prior to alleviate waiting to jump.

The only negative is the check in process! Especially if you have a membership, there should be a quick and easy way to validate it and get your wrist band. There is far too much waiting around to be checked by one person. Buying tickets in advance does nothing to expedite the process. The place is fun though, my kids have a blast.
