Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

This was the dirtiest play places I’ve been in a while. I like to take my kid to fun safe kid friendly places but this was by far the dirtiest one I’ve been to. This falls on the business owner. They should be hiring a company to come in at night and clean! The floors haven’t been swept or mopped in I couldn’t even tell you how long the amount of dust that was everywhere was insane. As someone who is allergic to dust I was just uncomfortable to say the least. The balls were dirty. The floors were so gross and the trampolines even had random garbage everywhere. The bathroom smelled. It wasn’t enjoyable. The staff was for the most part friendly. Shoutout to the concession stand ones they were actually helpful. Unlike the front desk who was going to charge me full price for my 5 year old until I asked how the place worked. Then he said oh yeah she’s 11.99.. uhm okay. They didn’t even explain anything and it was my first time at this location. Had to ask concessions who actually helped!One lady was running around yelling at kids the rules of what not to do.. if they spent that kind of energy on cleaning the place it would be a lot more enjoyable. We also had left the first table we sat at (it was the only one available at the time) because it was covered in red slushee.. I didn’t even take picture of everything like the jungle gym.. yikes. the more I took the more I was wanting a refund. But I already paid and it was what it was.

My daughter had fun. BUT... first, I got 3 tickets: me, my daughter, and my mum's. My mum couldn't make it coz of health issues. The staff couldn't give me refund. They gave me the corporate no. So I called the nxt day and they said I could use it within 6months. But I'm leaving to Korea in a week. Just wasted extra 18dollars including the socks for this place. 😒 😡 so I guess don't buy the tickets in advance for any incident that might happen.

Hosted a Birthday Party for 30 kids and 40 adults in the premium space and it was amazing. Really great communication from the staff. Our party host Cynthia was really attentive and was able to provide extra chairs, plates, cups and even a extra coat rack and hangers. Pizza was hot and on time. Lemonade and water at the ready. Guests enjoyed themselves and most importantly the party girl was happy. Never felt rushed and hostess was very accommodating to our schedule for pizza and cake. We booked the party room for a Saturday from 11-2, but even after leaving the room we stayed until 4:30 cause the kids was having so much fun. The manager for their parties also checked in on us to make sure we were happy. Would recommend, but just be sure to be very clear and communicate your needs and expectations at initial booking.

This place is so disgusting . I tried to book for a birthday and they did not have it available.So I had to do everything separately. I brought my son cake and they said I could not bring it but they let someone bring cup cakes that did not have a birthday party . The manager was no help at all and was not trying to listen to my concerns . There are nets everywhere around the tables . The bowling alley was very nasty and was not working . This place was very disgusting and the staff are not polite they do not care . AND THE PLACE WAS VERY NASTY I HIGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE .They add extra tax also

Even with the busy Saturday rush, still had a great time with younger, smaller kids. Good vibes and other families were nice. I LOVED the 7 & under area for my 4 year old and 1 year, and everyone respected the age limits. Food service was extremely slow, so pack snacks or eat beforehand. Overall, great time, clean bathrooms!
