Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We recently hosted my daughter’s birthday party at Urban Air Trampoline Park, and overall it was a great experience! The kids absolutely loved jumping on the trampolines and participating in all the climbing activities they offer. The two-hour party time was just right, and they had the party room already set up, which was super convenient. It’s nice that they give you the option to bring your own supplies, but they’ve got you covered if you don’t want the hassle. These types of places are perfect for parties—they’re fast, fun, and require very little work on your end. Everything went smoothly, and we had a blast. I’d definitely recommend this place for an easy and enjoyable birthday celebration!

I recently visited Urban Air with my daughter for a birthday party, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. We were having a good time until a major issue occurred with the staff. My daughter was allowed to enter the laser tag area by an employee, despite the fact that her wristband clearly indicated she wasn't permitted to do so. This oversight resulted in her getting lost in the game area with one more friend, which caused a lot of stress !!! It was incredibly frustrating to realize that the staff either didn’t notice or didn’t care that my daughter was in an area she shouldn't have been, and I had to go through the trouble of locating her after she became lost. While the facilities seemed nice overall, this lapse in safety and staff oversight was very concerning. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better attention to detail in the future, especially when it comes to children's safety. The manager and 2 more boys from the staff were hopeful looking for the girls with me , but overall scary experience!

We had a party there. The manager, Paul was very helpful whenever we had questions or concerns. The fries were cold, so they brought us fresh ones. They also have a lot of staff keeping an eye on the kids, which hasn't always been my experience at similar businesses. A couple attractions were out of order which was a bit of a bummer since we bought the Platinum package.

I recently took my kids to a birthday party private event, the Urban Air staff were very friendly to me and my party. Our party host, Kyla, made sure everything was taken care of, which made everything so much easier. During the birthday party, the cafeteria only had one person working the front and back of the cafe named Noah. He was very helpful with our needs.

I had my daughter party there today.The staff was respectful went above and beyond to make sure We were taking care of. It was clean.The bathroom was clean, and they even gave Us extra time when we needed it. I highly recommend having your kids party there.
