Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We visited Urban Air today for our friend Iryna’s birthday party, and we absolutely loved it! The place is huge, with so many different play areas — trampolines, slides, obstacle courses, climbing zones, and more. The kids had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave! The atmosphere was fun, the staff was friendly and attentive. Everything was clean, well-organized, and safe. A perfect place for birthday parties or just an active day out. We’ll definitely be coming back!

So much to do here. We love that it is different from just a jump park. I suggest getting there early because it can get busy. It was cool to see my kids try some new things that they normally wouldn't.

Management & staff are extremely excellent! Establishment is very clean and well kept. Bathrooms are also very clean & well kept. The customer service from management and staff is always superb. Cafe is clean & organized. Food & beverage was outstanding. My children were extremely happy & satisfied & we always are every time we visit. Thank you for showing us a great time, every time!!! I highly recommend.

Giving 2 stars because the attitudes of the staff members and the lack of customer service skills when there were maybe 10 cars in the parking lot. normally we have a great time at this location. We even had our oldest daughter’s birthday party here 2 months ago. We were the only people in line, there was one staff member that was talking to one customer. Two more staff members proceeded to the desk, looked at my family and did not offer to check us in. They stood there for a few minutes. One walked away and the other continued to stand there. Meanwhile my family and I remained waiting for over 10 minutes and at that point we no longer had an hour to even be in the facility if we were to pay. We ultimately decided to leave not only due to the poor customer service but also the inconsideration of making my me stand there waiting for 10 plus minutes as staff watches me hold my 11 month old sleeping son. I even went to the car with my son while my husband and daughters remained waiting. Yet another 5 minutes of waiting without any interaction with an associate. very poor customer service.

We had a blast. Everything was clean, and set up well. Felt safe the whole time, and the kids had a blast. Wasn't too busy, had plenty of room for the little ones.
