3 months agoWe have always enjoyed going back to Urban Air in Plain City the manager are there is an awesome man and does an outstanding job running the business. We try to go out there as much as we can my son really enjoys this place. We have not yet tried to rent the Birthday Party but we do go out for a day and just enjoy ourselves. If you haven’t already visited this place with the kiddos you should definitely check it out.

4 months agoThis place is provides a lot fun for kids and their parents. As a grandparent I sat and watched the kids jumping and playing and having fun. There are a couple of things that I saw that concerned me regarding potential injuries, but no blood, no foul for the most part. As long as you obey the rules, your kids should not get injured. My 3 year old grandson had a great time on New Years Day.

a month agoFor the cost, I’d visit other trampoline locations. It’s hard to see your kids as the layout is very compartmentalized. A power strip was out in the main area by the games, which is a tripping hazard. Too many party tables in the main area for a small space. I’ve only been to one other Urban Air location, so I don’t have much to compare to, but it was much larger and open. You could stay in one area and watch your kids play. Here you cannot. We came on a weekend, so it was busy. But there are too many people for the layout of the building. It’s very dirty and not maintained well for the price. It could be really awesome with more room & cleaner facilities. When we arrived at the building, it smelled like urine even to our 8 year old.

a month agoThe loss has a lot of fun. Pricing was reasonable. However, if you’re not with a party don’t expect to sit to rest or be a non-participant. It’s standing room only. This will probably be better when it’s warm out. They have a patio adjacent to the snack bar. Adult beverages are available as well.

a month agoThe employee greeting us when we arrived for the birthday party we paid to have there was very rude. The party host was cool but not around much. We paid extra for a VIP suite with a private party host. Our host, they confirmed when we asked, was in fact a shared host. Generally a dirty place in a very degraded condition. The first picture is of a room right behind the front counter that was left open. Things like this make me worry about how things are operating at the place in all ways, including attention to safety. There are many alternatives to this place in Columbus and I will be taking advantage of those.
