3 months agoWe recently switched from after care via the school to afternoons at the park. With the extreme cold weather we decided to renew our Urban Air membership. Oh boy has this location improved!! The trampolines are maintained, they now have laser tag, it’s clean! Most importantly the staff is well informed and caring. Thank you Asher and Brett for all your help the last few days with allergy intro and alternatives! For helping us upgrade or memberships and reach out to customer support. You both are so patient! A quality not many people have in these times. I look forward to our new experiences and memories at Urban Air Littleton.

a month agoWe booked a birthday party here and it was amazing! Vanessa was our server and she was very helpful. Whenever we needed something, she was in the right place at the right time. Brett was always helpful. They were both kind and courteous. The play area is not as packed as most arenas are. There was plenty of space to get by. This was all on a Saturday mid day. The staff was constantly walking around and keeping people safe and applying rules to keep things running smoothly. I did not find one person who was upset about their job or day. I recommend this place. I was very happy we booked here and I wouldn't mind doing it again.

2 months agoFirst and foremost, this location has the most attractions in this area. They’re so many different fun activities for children of all ages. Second, the staff is fantastic. Esther was our party host and made sure all of our needs were constantly met. Also Nathan who I’m assuming was a manager or shift lead was excellent in accommodating us at our checkout. They really made us felt very welcomed. This is definitely an amazing birthday destination

2 months agoThis place is predatory with their membership. I bought a pass online but nowhere on the website does it say that it is an annual contract. I didn’t find this out until I went to the location to cancel. All of the staff are kids and the manager is about 16. There is no phone number you can call to talk to an adult, only email. We were buying this as a gift and they cannot use the membership as they don’t live near a location. Once we got a reply they wanted a ridiculous amount of proof on where they live. Such as a copy of their school enrollment application or a death certificate. I was able to provide the proof and they replied that a cancellation request has been started and billing will continue until the contract is finished. What is the point of canceling if they continue to bill? I never used the membership.

4 months agoI brought my 7year old and his friend here at noon on a Saturday. Nathan T at the front desk was super welcoming and got us in with literally no wait at all. He was so friendly to the kids and had them excited to go in and play. They have been running around having a blast ever since. The staff here is great and it’s a fantastic outlet for energetic kids!
