Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We brought our 5 year old nephew here on a Saturday afternoon. It was busy but not overwhelming. Had to wait in line for the bumper cars and the climbing wall but wasn’t too long of a wait. As an adult, you can tell the place could use a little bit of a clean. To a kid, however, this place is heaven on earth. Sure, there’s some dirt in places there shouldn’t be, and most everything is sticky, but in his eyes it was paradise, so you can’t ask for much more than that! Did not try the food so can’t comment on that, but the snack bar was always popping so it couldn’t have been too bad. The staff were mostly high school aged kids doing their best to keep up with so many little ones running around. Special shout out to Amari (spelling?) who was working the climbing wall area and was so patient and kind.

this place is filthy! We arrived 30 minutes after opening and it was fairly empty (about 10 or less kids) , which is a good thing considering I had two children under five playing. However, we only spent about 45 minutes there because the lack of cleanliness was such a turn off, it made me start to itch just looking at the filth. I could only imagine what the kitchen/ areas out of the public eye look like. Even the small balls to play dodge ball with were compacted with dirt, i didn’t even want to the kids to touch them. this place could use a major cleaning and sanitation session. All the dust and dirt that has accumulated has to be a health concern, especially with it being in the area that most kids being about 6 and under play in. God forbid someone, of any age, had an asthma attack while running and playing because the location is too careless to do a proper clean.

Great place and atmosphere for the kids. Only issue I have is the lack of seating. Also the massage chairs are great.

This particular location is always fun. The employees are so nice. It's clean, it's not overly loud and obnoxious. The kids have a wonderful time. We are definitely repeat players.

It's absolutely amazing. We had a very bad experience, At different park(not an urban air) and Chris and Cesar went above and beyond making my 4-year-olds experience the best that it could be.!!! Will 100% be coming back!! Especially to this location!!! Should have come to urban air to begin with!!! Lesson learned!!! Thank you again, Chris & Cesar!!!
