Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

The staff are absolutely amazing individuals! They worked well with young children. I even witnessed one give a child with special needs very careful attention with patience and mindfulness. The place is clean. I appreciate how the staff kept the bathrooms clean and all eating areas! We visited on a very busy Sunday. Another bonus is the food was reasonably priced and fresh! Plus received in a timely manner

I'm sure that the square footage of the place allows this business to invite in a ton of customers but morally speaking they should limit that. Even just a little would do so much good. This place is so packed. Kids don't notice stuff like that and they had a blast so I'll still give a couple stars. But, the prices are high for everything. The parking is terrible. The line to get in is also not great because you want my entire life's story into your tablets so I can sign a waiver saying I won't sue you. It was great for a one and done birthday party. Thanks for hosting us.

Urban Air is the shiiii....No CAP! All games, attractions, and activities are TOP NOTCH! There is stuff for all ages plus seats and tvs for the lames! 🤣 You've got to experience it to understand, a review can do it no justice, just trust me! CHECK IT OUT!

Fantastic, fun place! The kids were smiling and happy from the time we walked in the door! They had a blast!!! It's a great place to have a birthday party for your kids, the staff were very helpful. There was food and a souvenir type shop. The only thing wrong with this place is that there actually was not enough seating. Maybe there is throughout the week but we went on a Saturday and it was packed. They have massage chairs but only four of them, So good luck getting one! Their parking lot is small so plan to park across the street.

First rate facility. Plenty of helpers were present to keep things safe for the kids. As for the activities, they are obviously geared for the younger set. But the ambiance for the "oldsters" is very cordial. The food is not gourmet level, but okay for this type of enterprise.
