What can I say. The daughter was excited to go. On arrival the staff looked forced to be there not a smile in the house. They don't seem to want to help either without scuffing their feet when asked how to hook your child into a safety harness... now on to the food... just don't do it..fries were undercooked big time still raw. Wings were these very hard things under the size of a normal chain nugget, and the sauce was neither lemon or peppery.. if they served decent food and the staff smiled and was into customer service I would have given a 5 star.. but my first time was very underwhelming

Horrific, My wife brought my daughter their for a birthday party and the price for a month pass was about the same as for a day pass so she signed up for the month pass. We decided to cancel the membership after the first month because we only used it once and do not think we will use it enough. We now find out that when you sign up for a month pass you are agreeing to a 12 month subscription and you cannot cancel before 12 months no matter what. I am sure they did disclose this in the fine print somewhere and I am sure my wife did click I agree but what a horrible way to run a business. If you have to force folks to be members longer than they want to be it is a shameful practice and speaks terribly about your business. My wife was on the phone with them today discussing this and they could not have cared less and hung up on her. I am sure they get similar calls from shocked people all the time and their employees are desensitized to it. Here is the worst part. They are holding our credit card hostage and plan on charging it every month. I understand that many places have contracts like health clubs and what not but usually there is an early termination fee. I have not heard of a place just charging you month after month no matter what even if you are telling them to delete your credit card information. At the end of the day it does not matter. We are reporting the card lost or stolen and having the credit card company send us a new card and Urban air will not be able to charge us anymore. If Urban air wants to try to enforce their contract and collect on us then by all means go for it but we are cancelling the card and when they call us we will hang up on them the way they hung up on us. At the end of the day even if what they are doing is legal it is a horrible way to run a business and I am guessing they will not stay in business long. There are two other trampoline parks within ten minutes and we know from experience Sky Zone does not force you to be their customer when you do not want to be.

Kids had a great time. The monthly package is worth it if you want to get your kids to use their energy. I want to recognize 2 individuals there Hanad and Jocelyn. These 2 workers were engaged with the kids there and got them to play as a group and got the kids cheering each other on as the kids are trying to overcome their fear of heights. I approached Hanad to say thank him for getting the kids engaged and he replied “I enjoy my job and seeing the kids smile and this is fun for me too”. It’s refreshing to see instead of the normal just standing around. Ben the manager there was awesome, I approached him to recognize the 2 workers and he was very happy to hear. Keep up the good work.

My kids had a great time! The manager Izzy was very helpful and showed us around. The gal hooking us up for the zip line was really sweet. Didn’t catch her name. We had the pizza and it was really good. Kids can’t wait to go again!

Southern metro needed this. My kids had a good time. Single time price is a bit high so we signed up for the membership. It’s wide open and clean and like I said very needed. We recommend it for kids who need to burn off some energy.
