a month agoThis is a great place for kids to play. My kids are 7 & 10, and they both have a blast every time I go, and the membership is a great value...great way to keep them active during those terrible winter months. I just recently celebrated my son's 10th birthday there, and his friends loved it.

4 months agoWe attended a evening birthday party tonight for my nephew and wanted to say thank you for such a positive fun experience for my kids. The pizza was fantastic and foremost our host went over and beyond to make sure everyone had fun. Outgoing personality was cleaning, asking if everyone was good and having fun, clearing plates, serving the pizza for everyone (unheard of! we've had other parties other places where the host just stands there and overlooks everything that's it) maybe they were new or shy but tonight's experience exceeded expectations and would recommend having a party at your location. Thank you for the experience!

6 months agoThe manager/ service is 10/10. Had a super fun time at this location with my niece. I unfortunately lost my phone in the pit after jumping in with my niece. The manager (I believe) who we did not get his name — was super kind and helpful. He stopped the music for 10min and jumped in the pit ball himself helping us out. After a while we were able to find my phone, ugh. Overall a great experience would recommend for the price.

6 months agoGot cheated by the arcade machines. Says 1 swipe for 3 games. Only gave me 2 games. Adventure parks only open 1 at a time so better get on when they open or wait another 3 hrs for it to reopen. Hint: wear your shoes to the bathrooms. Don't wear the socks. bathroom floor is very nasty. Plus kids come back from the bathroom with the same socks and run ALL OVER the play places. Just not very hygienic when think about it. Employees should also make sure all customers are aware of the rules. I see customers wearing shoes/home socks/sandals going inside the playhouse. It's our first time so idk if it's always been like this. Overall, not too shabby. We bought the family packet online. Cost about $100 and includes all activities. But when the crowd comes in, it's time to leave. Usually about 730 pm.

a month agoAfter several visits, we have decided to get the unlimited pass which easily pays for itself. I will say, reading what is included in this is a bit tricky! But this allows us to come as we please which is helpful. They also have a wonderful family pack we enjoy partaking in before we got the unlimited. The staff is always helpful and kind. They always seem well staffed. Though they do appear young they are kind and work hard. The pizza is actually really good! We also enjoy their wings and fries! Which is nice, because we usually come and spend several hours here. It is clean and you can tell it is taken care of. Even on the busy days, we always find a spot to put our things but it can be VERY busy. But it is nice as the parent to have a space to be while the kids play. They do also have wifi! We haven't used them but they do also have lockers to purchase to lock things if you desire.
