a month agoThis Urban Air location is a hit or miss kinda situation. Our children have an absolute blast at this place but there are opportunities for improvement to say the least. The staff is super rough to deal with. It is a bunch of teens standing around grouped together as if it is some sort of social gathering versus employees manning their gun ports and handling their duties while on shift. Standing in line for 20-30 mins so that our kids can ride the zip line while three of their employees sit at the foot of the attraction talking and bullshitting, telling us and everyone else in line to wait until someone returns from their lunch break. Completely unacceptable considering the amount of money we shell out so that our children can enjoy themselves. The snack bar / food counter is always understaffed and an absolute filthy mess. Again completely unacceptable. The hygiene in the bathrooms are again UNACCEPTABLE. Management NEEDS to get it together ASAP and implement basic while at work fundamentals. Each employee needs to man his or hers gun port until they are relieved of their duties for lunch, break, or ending of their shift. This standing in a group talking, hanging out, bullshitting culture that they have going on has to STOP. Whomever is in charge of cleaning, hygiene, needs to do their job and someone needs to follow-up and make sure that their responsibilities are being met. Customer service and satisfaction should be number one priority here. This Urban Air has a lot of potential in a great location and it will take minimal effort to get it right. I hope this review gets to where it needs to be so improvements can and will be implemented.

6 months agoThe location was super clean and organized compared to the one in Tallahassee, FL. Food was decent too. The electric Go-karts are probably the best addition to an Urban Air I can think of. We had a group of about 15, and we all really enjoyed it. At one point one of our kids Go-kart died on the track and another one of our kids kart ran in back of it. It scared our niece, and she was crying. When we got off the track, the Manager actually stepped away from what she was doing to check on us and ask if there was anything she could do to help her. She was fine, just emotional, but it was nice to see her drop what she was doing to check on guests. That type of stuff goes a long way with us. Plenty of employee's being attentive to guest, and we felt like our kids were safe to run around to the different attractions without worry. I would be surprised to find a location better than this one after visiting both this and Tallahassee.

3 months agoI'm not going to lie, it was fairly crowded. There were attractions we went to that didn't even have an attendant. Part of the building had a mess, especially the mens restroom. I wanted to participate with the kids but wasn't sure which ones were adult friendly. Over all we had fun. I would still go back.

4 months agoRecently booked for two parties same day same time. I originally booked online and ran into some issues with clarification of how everything would go and which rooms we would be occupying. Once speaking to a hotline specialist I was immediately contacted by Becca the GM and she was able to arrange everything to where we had two joining rooms. You get a two hour rent time and everything seems to move quickly but the children are kept busy with attractions. Also the private rooms have plenty of space. We did originally want to cater Chick-Fil-A for the adults but were informed outside food isn’t allowed, not sure if that is something they will allow in the future but it would be more accommodating for adults and older kids as far as taste satisfaction. This location does have an option for you to add items like fries and wings to your party. With the party we chose we had 4 pizzas included in the package. Other than that our parties ran smoothly thanks to both Rickey the party host and Becca the GM. Would definitely book again!!

a month agoThe place was nice and very fun but if you really want to play the full 2 hrs go way before 6 pm because they close at 8 but really started shutting everything down by 735 to 740 and the go carts was all mainly dead and had to charge while we waited 40 minutes just to ride in 1 double car. The attraction itself had a wide variety, but the employees need to learn how to be nice and understand how much we paid just to come and have fun for so short of time. They wouldn't let the kids ride the bumper cars all because there were 20 mins left before closing. This place could be run so much more efficiently and respectfully. I don't understand how they were in such a rush to shut it down and clean up, but the employees all stayed after riding the go carts and other attractions. Please do better next time. The only reason we had fun was because we had the right friends with us !!!
