Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

This place was so much fun. The kids had a blast with so many attractions to choose from. The young man running many of the rides (Kaleb) was so kind and friendly. His kindness, mannerism and knowledge made out day. All the staff went out of their way. The pizza was delicious!! We will come back next time we visit Arizona. Thank you for making our day AMAZING!!

Over summer break, this was the hangout that all of my friends went to 7 days a week and never boring. The workers are fabulous and are always up for a little chat! I still go with all my friends even during the week. This place is great for all ages. My mom and me always had a chit chat with one of the managers named Logan and we had a blast and the rest of the staff is too. All staff is patient and is totally up for anything you need! Over the months, I’ve made so many new friends and I have to owe it to Urban Air! Thank you to all the wonderful staff!

Came for eid with family and friends. loved the games and activities available like basketball, foam pits, and go karts. All the staff were very nice and friendly 10/10 would recommend and I plan on returning for sure!

Can you say custom service is absurd. I have been paying for a family of 4 for over a year. My kids have socks from different play companies that have accumulated over the years. They grab a pair that is clean and go. Nobody has ever said anything. Today they cracked the whip and said for the 1st time they couldn't use them and could buy a new pair or switch for one of theirs. I asked what will you do with the other socks. We will throw them away. The manager on site is worthless. Customer care is none existent. I asked for her boss. Just took my name and number. I went home and got their company socks. We will be cancelling the membership and wrote this negative review. Don't go here! They also changed the snacks without any reason but to save cost by giving popcorn. They limit access to go carts that always have battery issues and your lucky to get up the hill. They have no clue how much they are losing over a pair of socks that nobody even looks at. It's not about insurance or safety. It's a branding. Your brand has lost respect for more money they will lose in the end

It was good just the Lazer tag was broken (flash) died 54 times lol.. other than that it was a good experience. Had pizza and the chicken strips...
