2 weeks agoThis rating is for the Easter Egg hunt event 2025. They handled it horribly. No separation of ages or groups. No limit of eggs. Ofc they over sold the event & under estimated the greedy kids with over flowing buckets & all the other with tears bcuz they didn't get any. They started all the kids from a tight space so it was a frenzied tunnel effect. All the kids from the middle to the back were lucky to get 1 egg. Parents stepping on kids & grabbing eggs for their kids. I think it was an great idea & better intended, but executed horribly. Very disappointing. Especially for the price when most egg hunts r free. This location ( North Fayette Pittsburgh PA) is already pretty poor. They took out the VR games. The sky courses r super small. The obstacle course isn't bad but again, small. The capacity for this place & entertainment ratio r severely off. These kids were excited about this event. Parents paid for tickets in advance & expected that each child would have a fun experience. Not the crushing event it turned into for more then half. The 1 plus size & the only thing that kept a lot of parents from flipping out was the unlimited time that came with the egg hunt ticket. That is the only thing to save the poorly executed event. In the future I suggest staggered time slots, seperating age groups, or maybe even a 15 egg limit. Maybe even start kids from multiple different sections. There's many ways to do this better & to ensure the fair experience for each child.

2 months agoThe young gentleman that was working the rock climbing his name was Mark here at Urban Air in West homestead PA. Was very nice, caring, and very patient with my children I so much appreciated it and I thanked him very much.

3 months agoMy wife and I were there today with 8 girls (girl scout troop) we were both shocked about how much these workers don't want to bothered to do there job! All young kids that care more about talking to other workers than actually doing the job! The absolutely worst and most disgusting part was when we watched a worker bringing pizza to a group and ate a piece pepperoni off the pizza as she is walking thru the park! My wife also said she has never seen bathroom more disgusting than here. Only 2 Stahl's and one of those had toilet paper! Beyond ridiculous! Also there was literally 💩 on the floors. Nobody cleans anything in this place. When we asked for ketchup at food bar you would think I asked for a million dollars. He basically refuses to even look until I asked for third time.

3 months agoWe had an overall great experience! Betty, was a doll! She greeted us and engaged with my children immediately! She cheered them on throughout multiple obstacles which I enjoyed! Then entire staff were friendly. My food was hot and just how I asked as well! 10/10 one of the best experiences I’ve had at waterfront in a while!

a month agoPrices weren’t bad ours was under 50 cause our little was under 50” and parents are half off which is very nice there is a ton to do. Older kids have even more things to do. Staff was wonderful making sure kids were being safe and doing things they were supposed too if they parents weren’t. We’ll definitely be going back.
