Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Went to this place for a birthday party for the first time today. My son is autistic and has a hard time navigating the world around him. The staff went above and beyond to give my son the same experience as everyone else. They were incredible and I've never felt happier with inclusiveness of a place such as this. Most parents with kids on the spectrum understand the stress and anxiety that comes with attending birthday parties at places like these and this location went above and beyond my expectations. They were super kind and amazing! Thank you so much for giving my son a lasting memory.

I've been a member since day 1 of this park opening. I've always had fun at this park, but, their customer service is just so inconsistent. I requested them cancel one of my children's membership, they cancelled mine instead. Once I realized the billing error, I contacted them. I understand that mistakes happen, I just wanted it corrected. The first gentleman was very nice, he told me to reregister my membership, and they would cancel the other one. I was told the incorrect charge would be refunded, as well as the additional fee I payed to sign up a second time. So, an hour of my time later, I called them back. The woman I spoke to said the complete opposite. She told me it was my fault, and there was nothing they could do. I spent 15 minutes explaining that I called them to cancel the original membership, and have no clue how they "assign" memberships. It was an honest mistake, but when I request to cancel a child's membership, and they cancel the parents, this is an oversight. Finally, she agreed to refund a portion of the membership so I still would "pay what I owed". I was ok with this, it was fair, but different than I was told. The fact that I spend a very long time correcting their error, when they charged me incorrectly, I feel them arguing about $3.99 was just slimy. I do not like shady business practices. I will be canceling altogether, because I lost trust. If you are considering a membership, I'd make sure you think about if overcharging would affect you financially. If it would, I'd be cautious. The response i got to this was so cold and corporate. If I can't trust them with my money, I can't trust them with my children. Be cautious. I will be posting photos tomorrow

I looooove Urban air!! In my opinion, this is by far the best thing they could have done for the kids in the Irwin, penn-trafford, and hempfield community! Will be having my daughter’s birthday party here! The staff are always friendly and very helpful! Shout out to party manager, (I forgot her name!😔).

My 7 year old (48 inch) granddaughter loves it ! She is tall enough for all the attractions. I bought the platinum monthly pass 19.99 a month she rides zip line, rock wall, go carts and obstacle courses! Plus gets a slice of pizza. There are also same day tickets. I bring a book and enjoy the late morning. The staff is outstanding. They really take their time buckling kiddos into the safety harnesses. I would give it more stars if I could.

I had my son's 6th birthday party here and it was excellent. Our host, Melinda, was fabulous and made everything smooth and easy for us and our guests. The timing of everything was seamless, and flowed well enough for everyone to enjoy themselves. The kids had a blast and we now have some amazing new memories with our family and friends! Thanks Melinda for the hospitality, professionalism, and decorum! We appreciate you!
