The only reason it's not 5 stars is because it does cost a lot, they were out of normal sized socks, and their food was not very good. Other than that, this place is amazing! It kept the kids busy and interested for over 5 hours! With that being said, they got their money's worth! I'd get the pass that covers everything, though. Makes a big difference on what the kiddos can do. The staff was all super nice, helpful, and friendly. Just make sure you do the waiver online before you go or you might have to wait in line there to do it.

We come here often because my kids have a membership and we usually have a good time. But we went to a birthday party and at the end of the party we were handed a “peel and win pass” that said “1 free UA bracelet.” I thought that was cool. I asked the urban air party attendant what it was and he pointed to our wristbands and said a free bracelet. I assumed it was free entry and thought it would be cool to use for one of my kids friends that don’t have a pass. Lo and behold we come to urban air with a friend and it’s for a cheap rubber wristband, not the paper entry wristband the staff member originally pointed to. The peel and win voucher thing has no identifying information and the staff completely misled me.

This place is a kids dream there is a race track inside. I don't know a kid that isn't excited about driving. There is a place to eat here to. For $42.99 your child can play all day here at Urban Air. There is tons to do here. You only negative thing I have to say about this place is that some of the staff are not very attentive. There were little kids playing in the foam pit where kids fight to knock their friend off the balance beem there on into it. If one of the kids have fallen on the kids in the foam pit it would have been very bad. They don't do a very good job of keeping up with a toilet paper in the bathroom. I was surprised when every single stall was out of toilet paper when I needed to use it.

My 6-year-old and I visit this place quite often because she has a membership. Overall, it’s a fun environment with very friendly staff. The biggest downside, however, is the lack of leadership among the crew. They are routinely understaffed, which means there is little if any supervision on some attractions, and some simply shut down. For instance, tonight, two attractions— the VR and the climbing structure— closed around 5:30 PM (maybe earlier) due to being understaffed. The lack of leadership and being short-staffed creates unsanitary conditions. During our visit on December 22nd, there were piles of trash, food debris, and wet socks everywhere. The bathrooms were extremely unsanitary, with puddles of what looks like urine, trash overflowing, and the hand sanitizer units are either empty or inoperable. There may be a few people at the front desk, but you might still be ignored until the front desk person returns. Keep your expectations very low, and you'll be just fine.

We had a good time! Out of all the staff I noticed two people. One was I believe Andrew in go carts. My son was nervous, but he made my son comfortable and was very kind. When my son crashed he went above and beyond to make sure everybody was comfortable. There was also a guy named Vincent, who was helping put on harness Both times we came he was working really really hard. Didn’t take really even a couple seconds to take a breath. He was amazing! Over all a pretty cool place my only recommendation is to have more floor staff to watch the trampolines and ninja Warrior courses.
