2 weeks agoOne of the most fun additions to our community. My 5 year old was able to go on the bumper car ride, the rock climbing, the American ninja warrior type course etc. My 3 year old was able to jump on the trampolines with her sister, play the arcade games and go into the really amazing play structure. Perfect options for older kid thrill seekers too. Every employee is so nice and kept my kids safe. An amazing spot for a birthday party too! Can’t wait to go back 10/10

a month agoWe visited Urban Air today, and it was incredible! They offer so many activities that there is something for everyone to enjoy. We tried everything and are now HUGE FANS! It’s hard to pick just one favorite—there’s the zipline, ropes course, spinning bumper cars, playground, laser tag, dodgeball, obstacle courses over a ball pit, and rock climbing, among others. The food was good too. Be sure to visit for an epic day!

2 weeks agoI have taken my family here several times since they opened and every time was a great experience, especially for my 3 kids. Their membership packages are an excellent value, we chose Platinum, being the very best, incudes free food and access to all of the attractions the park has to offer. This indoor park is clean, organized and all of the staff we encountered were great. The kids spent hours each visit doing all of the activities that they enjoyed and i always felt that they were safe and having a blast. I do wish there were more games in their video game section and better variety in their "claw/prize" games, that at $2+ I will say are a bit too pricey for me. Their food was good and enjoyed by my kids, but I do wish there were more employees helping out with orders so the line wasn't as long. It would be nice if there was a bigger and free locker area for securing your belongings (at least for membership holders) versus the cubby style shelves that is fine for shoes and clothing items. Free secure storage on the higher tier memberships would make them even more worth the cost!. So there is definitely room for improvement, but we are very happy to have this fun new attraction in our city and so close to where we live. We plan to make weekly visits and look forward to what else Urban Air comes up with next! John P. & Family

a week agoMy kids were so excited to get to Urban Air and the experience did not disappoint! We went over school Vacation week. Lots of great options from trampolines, to laser tag, obstacle course and bumper cars! They loved everything they tried! The staff was helpful and friendly! We have gone to a couple of trampoline parks, and haven't had a full option for food and drinks, which was also great to have at Urban Air! So excited that this is available to us now! Can't wait to go back!

a month agoWe recently had a birthday party here for my daughter’s 7th birthday. The process to book a party was fairly easy Beth explained everything very throughly through email with package prices and what it includes and answered any questions I had AND also followed up with a call to triple confirm details before the party. This trampoline park has TONS of attractions fun for the whole family. My guest really enjoyed the park. The park itself is very new opened this month (March 2025) so they’re still getting the hang of a few things during check in/ Check out for parties, so give the workers some slack. I loved that the party room can also turn into a glow in the dark room with black lights, that was a feature I didn’t know they had until I got there! It was very cool ( you do not have to use it if you do not want to, you can just have your lights on) I did take advantage of the TV to play kids music on YouTube which was nice! Party’s do come with a party host. Ours was Manny. He was extremely well spoken, attentive and polite. He helped not only me but my guest with anything they needed or had questions about. So shoutout to Manny! They have a great team of workers at every attraction station, but that doesn’t mean leave your kid(s) unattended! It was very busy for a weekend but that was to be expected. It’s very easy to lose your child in the crowd of kids running around at this park. I did notice very long lines to get on some of the attractions, which is never fun for anyone I get it, but like I said the staff was as organized as they could be with a bunch of kids who didn’t have their parents around from what I seen and the lines… It did get hot overall in the park, I wish it was a little cooler especially on a day with so many people there, so keep your kids in comfortable lose clothing maybe even bring them in shorts on a busy day because they WILL sweat! This is my 2nd year in a row celebrating at an Urban Air (It was my first time in this new location) they did not disappoint I was very happy with the service they provided, I hope they keep it up!
