Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

After reading some of the reviews I was gonna change my mind but then I called and spoke with Andrew. He was nice and helpful! Then I got there and Mai, Romaine, Mason and Care-el and Manley were an amazing group of young people. They were kind and helpful and attentive! Now😡 the man that checked us in…. Not so much. He had an attitude and he was snappy towards my children but I wanted to highlight how much good I experienced versus the one bad apple! Definitely recommend!

I have been a couple time to this park for birthdays or just to have fun and the kids never get bored to come. I was just here for my daughter birthday and she had a great time and she 14. Is a park for all ages which I like and the food is not expensive. They have a lot of things to do for the kids to enjoy themselves and for you to relax . They also have people watching at all times.

Trampoline park with the extra amenities. Kids love it. It gets pretty packed, but that's to be expected. Didn't try any food, but the bathrooms are DIGUSTING. There's way too much traffic for them to not be properly looked after. Not a place to just drop kids off and leave but a good place to wear them out.

Came here for a children’s birthday party 🥳 it was a lot of fun tho! I’m still a kid at heart ♥️ so while all the parents were in the party room, I was out in the crowd!! The staff was so nice 😊 I love how the equipment is big enough for all ages and sizes! I’m on the heavier side and I was able to squeeze in the bumper car haha 😆 However, the pizza that they provide is trash 🗑️ bring your own.

I went here on a mini senior trip. I dropped my phone in the ball pit within the first 30 min when I was there. The staff lady that was watching over the ball pit I wish I got her name but she has pink hair she was amazing and very helpful and then when she couldn’t do anything more she went over and talked to a manager named Daniel said I can stay up to 15 min past close to look and search for my phone. He jumped in the ball pit and helped searched for it for 15 min and allowed me to use his phone to ping my phone. The manager Daniel and the surrounding staff was all amazing on helping me find my phone.
