This is new to the area. I saw ads on meta for months promoting Urban Air. It was super crowded. I think that’s mainly because it’s new and it’s spring break. Lines were all very long. I stood on the line for close to 20 minutes when I finally get up there, the cashier says I need to complete the waiver. I did have the waiver done before I arrived, but on their end my children’s names didn’t populate so the cashier says I need to stand on a different (long) line, complete the waiver again then get back on another long line to return to get to get wrist bands and socks. I expressed I didn’t want to get back on the long line after standing there already. She looked at me with attitude and didn’t even acknowledge what I was saying. This is when I’d normally leave a business but my kids were eager to participate. So I went on both long lines again just for admissions. Once inside tables were very dirty if empty. I went to the concession stand asked for spray to clean myself. The staff told me I needed to wait because he was making orders. I waited then I finally saw a janitor staff. He was actually very kind and helped me right away. (That’s why I’m giving an extra star). Later my kids wanted to play the arcade games. I didn’t realize the kiosk was on the arcade floor but I asked 4 different staff members where I can purchase the arcade card. None of them knew. They finally asked a supervisor and he directed me. Pros: spacious, they can host parties, food on site, zip line, different experience than most activity spaces in the area, custom packages with tier leveled access Cons: price not worth experience, socks which are mandatory are an extra expense, staff not well trained yet I think they will probably improve once they’re established a bit longer, but for now it seems like they weren’t prepared to open despite there being so many employees. I’ll try again and I’ll update my review.

We've been twice to the Broad Street location and WOW! What a great experience and the grand opening day was a fun time! Kudos to the operating staff because they blew us away with how personable and inviting they all were. Very cohesive in how they handled the guest experience waiting outside. Donuts, great DJ, something for all ages and a very dynamic lady as the M.C. The ribbon cutting and confetti was a nice touch. I've already shared info with friends and plan to meet them for an afternoon or evening out with the kiddos. I'll finish with this...we saw what appeared to be suits or investors in plain clothes actually helping serve guests in the concession area. That tells you all you need to know. Great place!

We visited in the opening weekend. Our kids had a blast and are already asking to return for their birthday parties. The four year old loved laser tag, the bumper cars, rock climbing and the ninja course. The 8&10 year olds loved everything, especially the zip line! The facility is clean, the staff were very focused on safety and making sure kids were not double jumping and did a great job making sure they were in their harnesses correctly. I appreciated their diligence. The kids are looking forward to going back soon!

Calling all Grandparents! Take your grandkids to Urban Air and relax in one of their massage chairs while kids play. I wish I could remember the names of the staff members who helped me. Lasar Tag was especially fun for my grandson. He's seven and I felt secure that Urban Air was well staffed and supervised. I didn't have to keep up with him because they did. He talks about wanting his birthday party there. Fingers crossed!

Had an amazing fun experience at Urban Air! Facility is brand new with all the tech and fancy rides. There’s something for all age groups and I highly recommend the place. Location is ideal and you can’t beat that in Glen Allen. Kudos to the operations owner and team that plans to bring ultimate fun and adventure experience to the town! thank you.
