💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →Avoid Saturday afternoons (especially around 4 PM) if you want to dodge extreme crowds and potential safety concerns.
- →Immediately double-check wristbands upon entry to confirm they match your purchased access level (e.g., 'Ultimate' vs. 'Deluxe') to ensure access to all desired attractions like VR and zip line.
- →If booking a birthday party, explicitly confirm the availability of all package-listed attractions (like VR) and clarify the party timeline, including food service and departure, to prevent being rushed.
- →Be prepared for a potentially expensive outing, especially if purchasing food and premium access.
- →Consider booking a party with a good host to help manage the experience and schedule.
- →If concerned about space for a party, ask about options beyond private rooms, such as booking multiple tables in a lower-traffic area, as some parents found this provided more guest space.
Things to Consider
- ⚠Severe overcrowding, particularly on Saturday afternoons (e.g., 4 PM), making it difficult to move around and raising fire safety concerns.
- ⚠Staff supervision is inconsistent; some parents note a lack of attentiveness to children running and jumping, leading to potential safety hazards.
- ⚠Significant issues with birthday party management: incorrect wristbands, ride denials (e.g., zip line) due to 'expired' bands, rude staff (e.g., yelling at guests during gift opening), rushing parties out before the end time, poor food timing (e.g., food sent out at 7 PM for a 6-8 PM party).
- ⚠Unresponsive and unhelpful management (e.g., manager telling a parent to 'call corporate' instead of resolving issues).
- ⚠Attractions like VR games may be unavailable or not ready for use, even when listed as part of a package.
- ⚠Incorrect access wristbands (e.g., 'Deluxe' instead of 'Ultimate') are sometimes given despite paying for higher access, leading to denial of premium attractions (VR, zip line) and wasted money ($15 extra paid for nothing).
- ⚠Staff communication issues, with employees reportedly asking random parents to find relief staff for breaks.
- ⚠Venue can feel smaller and more crowded compared to other trampoline parks.
Price & Value
Birthday party packages are considered to have 'best prices vs. other trampoline parks.' However, the overall experience can be expensive ('you better have the money!'), with a risk of poor value if incorrect access bands are given (e.g., paying an extra $15 for 'ultimate' but only receiving 'deluxe' access, leading to denied attractions).

- •Generally described as crowded, with the venue space feeling smaller than other parks.

- •Concerns were raised by a parent about 'over occupancy for fire safety' during peak times.
- •Parental concern regarding staff attentiveness to children running and jumping, suggesting potential safety lapses in supervision.
⏰When to Avoid
- • Saturday afternoons (e.g., 4 PM) due to extreme overcrowding and perceived safety risks.
- • If expecting consistent and attentive staff supervision for all children in play areas.
- • If seeking a stress-free birthday party experience at this location, given recurring issues with party management, staff behavior, and rushing guests.
- • If guaranteed access to specific premium attractions (like VR) is critical, as they may be unavailable.
- • If you have high expectations for managerial support in resolving on-site issues.

You can order a whole pizza, pop, slushies, cotton candy, candy, nachos good amount of food. Yes you can have a birthday party here. They have private Birthday party rooms. Would recommend but you better have the money!

3 months agoReally enjoyed it being my first time at this location. My son always makes the best of his day. I think the staff could be more aware of or attentive to the children running and jumping all over the place to where someone can get hurt. Other than that it was good

a month agoAttended a birthday party, worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Party reservation was from 6-8. At about 7:20-7:30 The birthday boy and a few other kids were turned away from the zip line ride because “the color bracelet was expired”. After talking to the cashier it was corrected, party host scrambled to check all the kids bracelet to cover her mistake. They closed the ride, I asked well when does it reopen, they said 10-15 min (they close at 8) At 7:30 they announced Cake, but then the party host send all the kids to go get on the zip line. By the Time they come back it’s like 7:50. they were trying to rush us out at 8 o’clock because of their mistake, which was not fair to Mom.. She not only missed her son opening his gifts but during that Cheyenne had the audacity to come in yelling at everybody to wrap it up because they had to go!!! LITERALLY WHILE WE WERE DOING PRESENTS 🤬 And the manager, Nicholas was absolutely no help, his words were “call corporate” I have a picture here with everybody standing around. It looks like it’s run by a bunch of teens. Not to mention if the party is from 6 to 8 why would they send out the food at seven? And then rush everyone! On top of all that they had to be reminded to give the birthday boy his shirt that comes with the party package. They did not offer Mom any discounts or anything for the trouble other than tickets to come back.. I personally would not return to this location! Thanks urban air for ruining Isaiah 8th birthday party experience 🙄

a month agoPaid for the ultimate access to only have my kids be denied of VR shooting game and zip line. It was until after I got home I realized the front desk employee, John, gave my kids "deluxe" wristbands. Regardless, my younger kids enjoyed it despite paying an extra $15 for nothing. It is nice to experience once but we probably will not be back again. There was one staff member at the rock wall that asked a random parent to go look for another employee for him to relieve him so he can go to break. I highly recommend the staff to have handheld radio to communicate. Overall experience was underwhelming.

6 months agoHad my son's birthday party here, booked it because it had the best prices vs. other trampoline parks. My party host Gianna was so helpful, she really kept the party on schedule for us. She served all the kids and helped me set up some decor even. My son had a blast here, but my only issue was the VRs weren't ready to be used when the kids wanted to go in. That was an item listed on my package but they didn't get to utilize them. The venue was crowded and I felt the space was smaller then other parks I've been too. I would book another party here though, staff were very helpful, and even allowed me to take a walk through before my party so I was able to see the space I was working with. Which is why I decided to not do the private room and just go with 4 tables at the lower area for more space for guests. The kids really enjoyed their time here.
