Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Our kids got a 6 month pass for Christmas. The giver lost the confirmation email, so we were worried how it would go. The staff was very helpful and got everything taken care of for us quickly and we're very nice about it. The kids have been there twice now and have had a blast both times.

The staff looks like they would rather be dead than be there, but the attractions are really fun for most kids and preteens. Many of the arcade electronic games are out of order.

Kids love this place! It’s always been clean and well kept every time we visited. They have many different options for fun!!

Had our daughter 5th birthday on 15th feb and luckily got chance to talk with owner..He is very flexible in adjusting the things for us considering 5th birthday. Kids and their parents liked the overall environment, lots of things for kids to do..food was Awsome..I will recommended this place for birthday party…

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Urban Air Cottleville. My son was attacked by three other children and was wrongly accused by staff of initiating the altercation—without any proof. Instead of investigating the situation properly, multiple staff members chastised him unfairly. It was only after another staff member reviewed the camera footage that the truth was revealed—my son was the victim and was only defending himself. This situation was not handled appropriately from the start, and the rush to judgment was unacceptable. To make matters worse, another family witnessed this incident and left a review detailing what happened, only for it to be removed. This raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. I had just purchased a membership the day before, and this experience has left me questioning whether this is a safe and fair environment for my child. I expect better from a facility that is supposed to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere. The business is going to continue to flag reviews and get them removed. Instead of admitting they were wrong and at least apologizing they are trying to cover up their wrongdoing.
