Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

The place is a nice area to take the kids and for a decent price. However, the employees all appear to be interested in socializing with each other and weren’t helpful or welcoming to my children. We had to ask someone twice and waited for 20 minutes to receive service at the rock climbing area. I had to walk around after asking twice to look for someone. When I approached a group of at least five employees gathered, none of them wanted to come help and just looked around at each other.

The experience was awesome. My boy had a lot of fun jumping on the trampolines and just chilling in the sea of balls. I recommend buying tickets at the kiosk if there are people waiting in line. It is so much more convenient and faster. Shout out to Nikki: she was so kind and she helped us through the whole process.

Went for a birthday party and it was a blast. With a verity of play/jump areas the kids were never bored! Great seating areas for the adults where you can see almost the entire play area. All the employees were friendly and nice, specially with our little ones that weren’t quite ready for all the attractions.

Absolutely best place to take your children. So many activities! It like an adventure! The staff are really kind. The place is clean. Pizzas good! Alot of fun for you and your family!!

I wanted to share my recent experience at your venue during a birthday party. Unfortunately, the service at the rock climbing station was disappointing. Initially, the employee assisting us was attentive and allowed kids to enter as soon as spots became available. However, before it was my child's turn, another employee named Alex arrived. Her slow and uninterested attitude caused a further delay of about half an hour, which was quite frustrating. We understand that everyone can have off days, but this level of service significantly impacted our overall experience. I hope the management will address this matter to ensure smoother and more positive interactions for future guests.
